Day 1

Los Angeles - Anaheim - Las Vegas

Welcome aboard the Las Vegas Liner! At approximately 7:30 am, the tour representative will transfer you from your Los Angeles hotel to our Anaheim terminal, where you will board the Las Vegas Liner. On the Las Vegas Liner, your on board coach attendant will serve complimentary beverages and snacks. En route, you can enjoy the scenery, watch a movie, listen to music, or take a nap. There will be one stop at the Barstow station for approximately 15 minutes for a stretch break. From there, you will be taken to your respective Las Vegas hotel. Simply present the hotel with your tour voucher and enjoy your stay at the hotel. Arrival into Las Vegas is at approximately 1:00 pm. (Duration of the transfer is approximately 5 hours.)

Day 2

Las Vegas - Grand Canyon South Rim - Las Vegas - Los Angeles

You will enjoy panoramic views of fabulous Las Vegas along with breathtaking views of Boulder City, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and the picturesque GRAND CANYON! Marvel at the brilliant colors that adorn the two billion year old walls of the Grand Canyon as you continue your breathtaking flight tour over one of the Seven Wonders of the World (Airplane Flight Time: 80 minutes, Distance Traveled: 135 miles). After all of this, you will be returned to your Las Vegas Hotel in time to catch the Las Vegas Liner back to Los Angeles. Do not forget your camera!!

At approximately 3:15 pm, the Las Vegas Liner will pick you up from your respective Las Vegas hotel and transfer you back to Los Angeles. Arrival into Los Angeles is at approximately 9:00 pm. (Duration of the transfer is approximately 5 hours.)

Prices do not include air travel unless stated otherwise, country entry or departure fees, airport porter fees, visas, phones, valet, all items of a personal nature and beverages and food unless otherwise stated.
Tips to the Tour Director and Driver (Suggested: Drivers: $3 - $5 per person per day; Guides: $4 - $6 per person per day).

Additional Note

Complimentary pick-up service is available from most of the hotels (see list) around Los Angeles Downtown, LAX and Hollywood. We do not pick up from any hotels that are not on this list; if your hotel is not listed, please join the tour from one of the listed hotels. Passengers will be picked-up from the selected hotel at approx. 7:30am. Exact pick-up time will be provided at time of confirmation.
Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively. Each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum 4 guests (adults and children).
Child rates apply to those between 3 to 11 years old sharing a room and using existing bedding with at least 1 full-paying adult (regardless of ages).

Confirmation

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

Redemption

You will receive an email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Gotobus by email or through web mail at Contact Us.

Cancellation penalties per person as follows:

15 days or more before departure - 10% of total purchase amount
8 - 14 days before departure - 25% of total purchase amount
4 - 7 days before of departure - 50% of total purchase amount
0 - 3 days before of departure - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Gotobus' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
