As soon as you walk in the front door, you will notice that this home has been meticulously decorated and outfitted by professionals. When you open the door, you enter the formal dining room which seats eight. You then walk down the hallway to the open floor plan with the bright, spacious eat-in kitchen and family room. There are sliders off of this area; giving access to the lanai and private pool. There is also a king master suite with an ensuite bathroom and private TV on the first floor. As you go up the stairs to the second floor, you will be greeted with a HUGE sectional sofa and media area with TV and DVD player for your whole group to enjoy. There are five more bedrooms on this level. A second king master suite with en suite bathroom, as well as two queen bedrooms and two bedrooms with two twin beds in each. There are also three more full bathrooms on the second floor. ALL of the bedrooms in this home have private TVs. When you step out of the sliders onto your lanai, you have really started your vacation. The private swimming pool is fabulous and there is plenty of seating for outdoor entertaining. And, even though you may never want to leave the house, the Solterra Resort also boasts a fantastic community pool and clubhouse with a gym, playground, pool slide and cabanas around the pool perimeter. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children. 6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences. 7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11.
