Located on the popular community of Sandy Ridge, our home is ideally situated within easy reach of major highways (I4, US27, HWY192) so the theme parks, restaurants and shopping outlets are never too far away. At Sandy Ridge you’re only a 15 minute drive to Walt Disney World Resort ® and all the restaurants and other attractions that are located along  Highway 192. Closer to home, you’ll find Champions Gate within a 5 minute drive from our front door. Here, you’ll find a selection of shops, two large supermarkets, fast food outlets, a pharmacy and two championship golf courses. You’ll also find a selection of professionally designed & built golf courses at Reunion Resort, located just a few minutes from our front door. We really are ideally located for everything! Our villa really can be your new home away from home and provides you and your family with everything you’ll ever need during your fun-filled family vacation to Florida. Furnished in a bright and airy, contemporary yet comfortable style the property benefits from ceramic tile floors throughout the main living areas.The central open plan layout provides for family relaxation in front of the big screen TV, casual and formal dining and a full size fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. This home offers 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathrooms.  The Master Suite has a recently upgraded bathroom with a full width walk in shower. A second Queen Bedded Suite plus 3 Further Bedrooms with a total of 6 Twin Beds provides maximum flexibility for your party. The private pool and spa can be heated in the colder months and there is ample deck space to enjoy dining alfresco or simple stretching out on one of the loungers to soak up the sun.  The West facing conservation view offers privacy to the rear of the property. ***Private Pool Heating: As is typical for the Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May – October usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of approximately $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager. Please contact the property manager for detail at least 72 hours prior to arrival. ** Important ** To complete your booking, you MUST register at to complete your reservation and access your check-in instructions. Property ID: 45989 When signing in, use the Property ID above, your Check-in Date and your Last Name. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. All homes are cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival 2. Property’s price includes reasonable use of utilities but NOT pool heating, hot tub/spa heating. An additional charge will be made for these services. 3. Animals/pets are strictly not permitted. 4. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children. 6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences. 7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions.
