The security deposit is refundable upon a satisfactory inspection of the home no more than 90 days following departure. POOL HEATING During the period November to March pool heating is recommended, this can be requested at the time of booking or upon arrival. There is an additional charge of $30 per day plus sales tax & tourist tax. In the event pool heating is requested and paid for, the owners/OPS.etc cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool as this will vary according to different factors, the main one being the prevailing weather conditions. Pool heating costs will only be refunded if the heater is not working at all. Alternate Accommodations If, through circumstances beyond our control we are unable to offer the actual home booked, we will offer another suitable home of the same size or larger and transfer all funds paid to that home with no additional cost to the guest. If we offer another suitable home and it is refused no refunds are applicable. UTILITIES All rentals are inclusive of electricity and water. Not including cost for Pool Heating NOISE Please bear in mind that most homes are situated on a community, which consists of both residential and short-term vacation homes, we therefore request that out of respect for your neighbors, no noise between the hours of 10 p.m. & 8 a.m. NO SMOKING POLICY Please note ALL our homes have a NO SMOKING policy. PETS No pets Allowed. INFORMATION BOOK An Information Book is provided for guests and is packed with useful information.
