The apartment is elegantly furnished and is set apart by its refined white walls, which create a bright atmosphere, and hardwood floors. It consists of a living room with a black lacquered table, a double sofa bed and a large flat screen TV on the wall; two sliding doors opens onto the adjacent rooms: the bathroom, fitted with washbasin and stall shower, and the kitchen corner, small but fully equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and countertops. The bedroom features a large closet, book shelves and two twin beds which can be combined into a double bed if required. TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Company may replace the Property with another of identical or superior quality, should the Company be unable to guarantee the Client use of the Property due to events of force majeure or for any contingencies beyond the Company's control. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
