The left hand side of the room boasts two large windows, which brighten up the entire house as well as providing a unique picture frame to the gorgeous Haussmann buildings in front and to the Eiffel Tower, which proudly rises behind them, whilst the right hand side of the room is furnished with a large designer closet, made to measure and made to hide and store the pull-down double bed (160cm wide) which ingeniously comes out at night, and the perfect storage for personal belongings. To the left of the foyer is the large bathroom, spacious and well designed and complete with large stall shower, wash basin, bidet, WC and two windows. TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Company may replace the Property with another of identical or superior quality, should the Company be unable to guarantee the Client use of the Property due to events of force majeure or for any contingencies beyond the Company's control. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
