The entrance hall is located on the first floor, but the apartment can also be accessed from the ground floor with a flight of stairs on the left connecting the two. Across from the hallway there is the dining room, furnished with a lovely dining table, some armchairs covered with silk, a huge bookcase and a marble fireplace with a big mirror. Then, you find the double bedroom (160 cm) with a black marble fireplace, a wonderful antique chest of drawers and some armchairs, one of which is an example of â€˜Second Empireâ€™ style. All the windows of the apartment overlook the inner courtyard. Coming back into the dining room, on the left of the fireplace, is the kitchen, equipped with useful worktops. On the left there is a precious dresser with crystal glasses. At the back of the kitchen you find the first bathroom with tub, basin and separate toilet. Downstairs there is the marvellous living room, as big as the whole 1st floor, with two separate entrances (one of them is independent from the inner courtyard). It is furnished with two single beds (90 cm each), a bookcase, a sofa bed (140 cm) that divides the night area from the relaxation corner, a fireplace with a Haussmanian mirror and a piano. The day area is fitted with parquet flooring, and the windows overlook the courtyard. On the right of the staircase there is the second bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Linens and towels provided. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. Extra facilities: - Italian coffee machine - Water kettle - Toaster - Blender For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows: Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - â‚¬20 From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - â‚¬20 Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM â‚¬40 Every day 9PM to 7AM - â‚¬40. Adult Minimum Age: Check-ins are regularly done between 3 P.M. and 7 P.M. while check-outs are between 9 A.M. and 11 A.M., Mondays to Fridays. Check-ins prior to 3 P.M. are only possible in apartments without a check-out scheduled for the same day, and need written approval by the Company. Extra costs will apply for check ins or check outs outside office hours or on weekends/holidays, and in the case of the Client's delayed arrival. Security Deposit: 300 There is a security deposit due upon arrival. The electricity and gas meters will be read upon check in and check out for these purposes.
