Guests are welcomed into a spacious hallway that connects all the rooms the property is composed of. Here you find marvellous parquet flooring, which is spread throughout the apartment, and a refined red cabinet with all the crockery. On the right you find the fully fitted kitchen, with a marble countertop, a small window and vitroceramic hobs. Facing the hallway is the master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a wall closet, a small writing desk dating back to the â€˜50s and a spacious two-door wardrobe. The window has shutters and overlooks the quiet inner courtyard. On the right there is also a bathroom with tub and basin. In the anteroom, on the right, there are two doors: that one on the left opens into the living room, furnished with a sofa, three small tables, a big pouf and a small bookcase. The table can sit up to 6 people, whilst a small cabinet with a TV set completes the furniture. The door on the right leads into the second bedroom, which has two single beds (80 cm) -one of them can be folded out- a wall-closet with two doors, a small round table with a leather chair. The window overlooks the street and is fitted with double glazed windows and shutters. The door between the guest bedroom and the living room cannot be opened, as it is blocked by the sofa. Next to the entrance door there is the separate toilet and the second bathroom with shower and basin. Linens and towels provided. Note : the apartment is only fitted with ONE toilette; the two bathrooms have either tub or shower, and basin. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. Adult Minimum Age: Check-ins are regularly done between 3 P.M. and 7 P.M. while check-outs are between 9 A.M. and 11 A.M., Mondays to Fridays. Check-ins prior to 3 P.M. are only possible in apartments without a check-out scheduled for the same day, and need written approval by the Company. Extra costs will apply for check ins or check outs outside office hours or on weekends/holidays, and in the case of the Client's delayed arrival. Security Deposit: 300 There is a security deposit due upon arrival.
