From SFO:
- North on Highway 101
- Exit I-280 N - Downtown San Francisco
- Exit at Sixth Street
- Proceed on Sixth Street across Market Street.
- When Sixth crosses Market, it becomes Taylor Street
- The hotel is on the left past Ellis Street
From Bay Bridge (East Bay):
- Cross Bay Bridge
- Stay in left lane and exit at Fifth Street
- Go slight left onto Harrison Street for one block
- Make right turn onto Sixth Street
- After Sixth Street crosses Market it becomes Taylor Street.
- The hotel is on the left side past Ellis Street
BART directions:
- Whether you are coming from the Airport, the Peninsula or the East Bay, board any train that is going towards downtown San Francisco
- Exit at Powell Street station
- Follow signs out of the station towards the San Francisco Visitor's Center or Powell Street
- Walk up Powell one block to Ellis Street and make a left on Ellis
- Continue two blocks to Taylor
- Turn right onto Taylor, the Hotel Mark Twain is is the middle of the block.
