Rooms are subject to availability and not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
- Ticket Redemption: You must print the hotel voucher(s) and present them upon check in.
- Cancellation: The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance of this policy. All cancellations must be made by email or Contact Us and will be refunded less a 10% of processing fee. Any cancellations made within 3 business days of the arrival date including no show will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
