70% of charged amount is refundable upon cancalation 5 days prior to the first service date.
Gotobus will make every efforts to reserve your hotel requests. Should Gotobus fails to fulfill a customer's reservation, Gotobus will notify the affected this customer within 1 business day, and provide full refund.
