- Ticket Confirmation: Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive an email or hotel voucher confirming the booking status. Rooms are subject to availability and not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
- Ticket Redemption: You must print the hotel voucher(s) and present them upon check in.
- Cancellation: The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance of this policy. All cancellations must be made by email or Contact Us and will be refunded less a 10% of processing fee. Any cancellations made within 3 business days of the arrival date including no show will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
