Direction

From the U.S. Border/Douglas Crossing (South)

Take Highway 99 to Westminster Highway (Exit #36).
Turn left, proceed for three blocks, and then turn right onto Garden City Road.
Turn left on Alderbridge Way and then turn right on Kwnatlen Road.
Proceed on Kwnatlen Road until Alexandra Road.
Turn left on Alexandra Road and the hotel is on the left.

From East

Take Highway 91, which becomes Alderbridge Way.
Pass Garden City Road, and at the next block turn right onto Kwantlen Street.
Turn left onto Alexandra Road and proceed to the hotel which will be on the left hand side.

From Vancouver International Airport

Follow the signs for Richmond.
Turn right onto Number 3 Road and proceed towards Alderbridge Way.
Turn left onto Cambie Road, and then turn right onto Hazelbridge Road.
Turn left onto Alexandria Road and proceed to the hotel which will be on the the right hand side.

From Downtown Vancouver (North)

Take Oak Street South for approximately 20 kilometers.
Cross over the Oak Street Bridge and take the Richmond Centre Exit (number 39A).
Turn left onto Garden City Road and right on Alderbridge Way.
Next, turn right on Kwantlen Road then a left on Alexandra.
The hotel is on the left.

Ticket Confirmation: Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive an email or hotel voucher confirming the booking status. Rooms are subject to availability and not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
Ticket Redemption: You must print the hotel voucher(s) and present them upon check in.
Cancellation: The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance of this policy. All cancellations must be made by email or Contact Us and will be refunded less a 10% of processing fee. Any cancellations made within 3 business days of the arrival date including no show will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
