Luv this bus, always on time.

Right on time, clean, comfortable but drove WAY too fast and arrived at destination 90 minutes ahead of schedule

We arrived 90 minutes early, which was an indication of how fast the driver drove

The bathroom did not have toilet paper, fortunately, I had Kleenex. The bus driver would not let me off to use a bathroom, when he was dropping off passengers, and suggested I use the one on the bus, but started driving before I could even get to it, even though I asked him to wait because I would fall down. This driver drove like he was on the autobahn. We got in an hour and 15 minutes early, we got home 45 minutes early, because he made only one 10 minute stop. I am recovering from a UTI. If someone asks you for two minutes to run to use the bathroom when you have stopped to let people off the bus, you need to tell your driver to let them do that. Don’t force them to go to the bathroom in the back when you drive so roughly that no one could possibly sit on that toilet and not fall off. Other than that, the USB ports for your phone are in the ceiling. So the cord falls out a lot, and the phone stops charging. Otherwise, the bus is good, the service is pretty good, but the bus driver needs to be considerate of his passengers situations when they asked to use a bathroom off the bus. Not explicitly, so, but he needs to allow that to happen, and not drive so that you can’t even walk to the bathroom that is on the bus. I banged my knee into a bus seat because he jerked the bus into movement while I was trying to get to the back, after I specifically asked him to WAIT because I would fall down. NO ONE should be in THAT MUCH of a hurry. PLEASE Tell your drivers to be more aware, and considerate of their passengers’ needs. But otherwise, it is a very affordable, and normally relatively comfortable way to travel. That’s why I would still recommend it to people.

The bathroom was supposed to be “fully equipped” there was no toilet paper, no sink and the seat looked dirty. Needless to say, I squatted. The price is good, and we got here early, but you need to be better with bathrooms.

I LOVED MY TRIP IT WAS CLEAN, NO SMELLS!!!! BATHROOM WAS CLEAN!!!! RIDE WAS FAST, EFFICIENT, AND PROFESSIONAL!!!! I would recommend my friends and family members!!!
