If you book a bus service on GotoBus.com, you can submit a review for the bus operator you travelled with after your trip (we'll email you a survey within 24 hours). Only confirmed customers who booked their tickets with GotoBus.com can submit a review for the specific service they used. This helps us to prevent fraud and secure the ratings are reliable.

2. How long does it take to complete the survey?

It will only take you 1 minute to complete the survey. We will ask you to rate the bus service from 1 to 5 stars for the following subjects: bus cleanliness, punctuality, driver & staff, bus comfort & amenities.

3. What benefits do I receive for submitting a review to GotoBus.com?
