New York - Atlantic City - Baltimore - Washington DC

Depart from New York to New Jersey. Win big at the Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City with complimentary coin and buffet coupon (age 21 and up only). Stroll along the beautiful Atlantic City boardwalk and beach, visit Boardwalk amusement park and shops. Later visit Philadelphia. See the Liberty Bell, and the Independent Hall. Next stop- Maryland, Baltimore- inner Harbor. Visit the old battle ship, submarine, boats and more. Back to hotel after dinner.

Day 2

Washington D.C. - Philadelphia - New York City

This morning we will visit the most popular and impressive monuments in Washington D.C., including The Vietnam Veteran Memorial, The Korean War Memorial, The Lincoln Memorial. We continue our visit to the U.S. Capitol, the White House and Lafayette Park. In addition we will also visit the new Presidential Wax Museum (optional). Then we depart for the breathtaking Shenandoah Caverns (optional) in Virginia, experience the beautiful formation in all forms. Tour back to New York City in the early evening.

Pricing Policy

Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple & Quad prices are for two people , three people & four people staying in one room respectively.

Child Rate: Children are 2-11 years old. Tour members who are between 2 and 11 years and traveling with two adults in the same room receive a child discount on the tour price. Each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum 4 guests (adults and children).

Buy 2 Get 1 Free Discount: Offer applies to 3 or 4 people sharing a room. Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure. No-show (or late cancellation) of free passenger incurs a $85 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat

Confirmation

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate so reconfirmation is required during low season (Oct to April).

Redemption

Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Gotobus by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

Cancellation penalties per person for 1-4 days tours

Up to 15 days prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount.
8-14 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
4-7 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
1-3 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Gotobus' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
