this walking tour, you will meet the bakers and chefs and taste, as they prepare
their delicacies. You will spend time with local artisans as they practice their
crafts. You will discover the places that evoke the creativity and lifestyle

There are two Chinatowns, one that you see from a van or bus,
and the one that can only be experienced on foot through the back alleys, food
markets, local restaurants and shops. Chinatown will surprise you
with new adventures around every corner. Artisans form fortune cookies by hand.
Calligraphers practice their craft in small alleys using techniques handed down
for thousands of years. And in Chinatown, the authentic cuisine will enliven
your senses with new flavors, smells and aromas.
On this tour, you'll spend about three hours searching out authentic crafts and
pottery; tasting exotic and unique Asian produce, herbs, and teas from the very
people who know them best. You'll uncover their hidden secrets only intrepid

Below is the itinerary for the Chinatown Tour:
- We start our exploration of Chinatown. as we see authentic Chinese
antiques at one of the best places in Chinatown, so you'll see
statuettes and ritual objects that are literally thousands of years
old.
- We'll be going into a music center where, to put it simply,
if you think you've seen every musical instrument ever made, I think
they can prove you wrong.
- We'll be trying different types of Dim Sum (Chinese food)
from the oldest Chinese bakery in San Francisco.
- In addition to going into one of the oldest cathedrals in San
Francisco, we'll be seeing how fortune cookies are made, and the
very place where famous celebrities get their hair cut.
- We’ll also going in one of the local Buddhist temples.
- We'll be going into the local Chinese markets and doing a
incredible tea tasting.
- We'll spend about three hours eating everything from dim sum,
fortune cookies, teas, and more.
