Central pick-up points in Ontario: 5983 Stanley Ave,
Niagara Falls, ON L2G 3V2, free parking is subject to availability and only for tour customers with prior approval. Please come to the location 15-20 minutes prior to the tour time.
Complimentary hotel pick-up service is available from most hotels/motels and
campgrounds in Niagara Falls, NY, USA or Niagara Falls, Ontario-Canada. Please enter your hotel name in the
'Hotel Info' field when ordering the tour. Exact pick-up time will be provided
upon reconfirmation 48 hours prior to tour departure.

- You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

- All Tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. You will be notified prior to departure time if cancellation is necessary.
- We reserves the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules or rates and to cancel or substitute routes and stops on any tour without prior notice and to substitute restaurants, attractions, landmarks and or sites as directed by officials.
- We charge 100% of total price for passenger cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the tour/activity date and "no-shows" on the day of the tour/activity. This means no refunds for failing to take the tour/activity.
