  • Can I stay overnight and come back the next day with the same ticket?
    Return Tickets are valid for three days, but on a stand-by situation.

  • What are the age requirements?
    You must be at least 21 years of age. The legal age to gamble is 21.

  • What is the luggage policy?
    With a printout of Mohegan Sun Casino hotel reservation, passengers can bring the luggage; otherwise, No luggage or backpack is allowed.

  • Do I need to tip the tour guide?
    Gratuity is greatly appreciated ($2/person recommended), but not mandatory.

  • MATCH PLAY: Valid for the following:
    • Baccarat: Player bets only;
    • Sic Bo: Big bets only;
    • Roulette: Even or Red bets only;
    • Craps: Pass Line bets only;
    • Blackjack or Spanish 21;
    • Even money paid on any 21 and can not be used to double down or split.
    • All Other Games: Even Money or Ante Bets only.
    • Winning bet will receive payment equal to the face value of coupon plus the cash value bet times the odds as indicated on the table layout. Payment will be made in chips. Additional gaming options may be added at management's discretion. Cannot be used on surrender bets. Not valid as meals unless otherwise specified on the front of the coupon.

  • MEAL CREDITS
    • Credit valid for a free Seasons or Sunburst Buffet or the face value as indicated on the front of coupon. Coupon may be expanded at Mohegan sun's discretion. The balance of any check is the responsibility of the coupon user. Change will not be issued if the full face value is not consumed. Subject to change at management's discretion.
    • This Coupon is valid only on the day issued and cannot be combined with any other offer. This coupon is non transferable, non reimbursable and not valid for cash. No more than two coupons can be used per day, by any patron. The Mohegan Sun reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
  Confirmation
Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate so reconfirmation is required during low season (Oct to April).
  Redemption
You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.
  Terms & Condition
Once completed a reservations on Gotobus.com or sunshineboston.com, it CANNOT be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. Duplicate bookings are non-refundable as those seats will have been removed from sales inventory. While the bus operators will make every effort to operate its services as scheduled, where this fails to occur full refunds or alternative travel arrangements will be offered.

(1) The ticket is valid only for the date and time stated on the ticket. (2) Customers must bring a valid ID and a printout of the eTicket (confirmation email) at boarding for ID Check. (3) Customer's name (s) on e-ticket must match passenger's (or one of the passengers') name. (4) The printout of eTickets must be signed by customer as proof of boarding. (5) **Passenger should arrive 15 minutes prior departure time, otherwise the seat might be sold to stand-by passengers.

I left on a thursday and returned on Sat to boston at 600 pm everthing was as expect. Had a blast and am going to go soon match and plays won on all of them . Awsome bus company
I had a good trip. I booked about two weeks in advance and called the day before to rsvp. The attendant seemed a bit confused, though, on the phone.
