Boston – New York Area (219 m / 250 km)
Board the coach in Boston and start the day with an orientation
tour of this fascinating and historic city. Highlights include Faneuil
Hall, Boston Common and Harvard University. Continue south through the
states of Massachusetts and Connecticut before arriving in New Jersey,
just across the Hudson River from New York City.

New York
Continental Breakfast. In the morning, a short trip across the
Hudson River takes us into New York and an orientation tour of the
“Big Apple”. Spend the afternoon at leisure exploring this amazing
city. Transportation back to the hotel will be offered in the early
evening and, for those wishing to see a Broadway show or experience
the nightlife, later at night.

New York area – Philadelphia – Washington DC area (237 m / 380 km)
Continental Breakfast. Travel south to Philadelphia, the “City of
Brotherly Love” and the birthplace of American independence. Our
orientation tour passes the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, where
the Declaration of Independence was signed and the U.S. Constitution
written. Arrive in the Washington DC area in the late afternoon.

Washington DC
Continental Breakfast. The morning sightseeing tour is devoted to the
landmarks and monuments of this great city: the White House, the
Washington Monument, Arlington Cemetery, the Supreme Court and the US
Capitol. Afternoon is free to explore one of the Smithsonian Museums,
such as the National Air and Space Museum.

Washington DC area – Niagara Falls (435 m / 690 km)

Continental Breakfast. An early morning departure takes you through
Pennsylvania, en-route to Niagara Falls. Time permitting, a stop will
be made at a market in Amish Country. The Amish preserve traditional
elements of late 17th-century European rural culture in their
day-today lives. We arrive at Niagara Falls in the early evening.

Niagara Falls – Toronto – Niagara Falls (172 m / 276 km)
Continental Breakfast. Cross the border into Canada and head for
Toronto, where the orientation tour highlights this lakeside city,

neighborhoods and parks. There is free time to explore the downtown
area on foot. Head back to Niagara Falls where we recommend the
exhilarating Maid of the Mist cruise to the foot of the Horseshoe
Falls. In the evening, join an optional dinner with a panoramic view
of the falls beneath the evening sky.

Bryce Canyon - Capitol Reef - Arches - Moab (270 m / 432 km)

Moab - Canyonlands - Mesa Verde - Cortez (115 m / 185 km)
Continental Breakfast. Discover Canyonlands National Park. The park
preserves a colorful landscape eroded into numerous canyons, mesas and
buttes by the Colorado River and its tributaries. Continue on to Mesa
Verde which contains over 600 cliff dwellings, once home to the
Ancestral Pueblo Indians.

Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and
Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying
in one room respectively.
Child price applies to children 8-16 years, sharing a room with 2 adults. Children under 8 years old are not allowed to participate in the tour.
Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.
Redemption
You will receive an email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Gotobus by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Cancellation penalties per person as follows:
Up to 31days prior to departure - NO CHARGE
30-15 days prior to departure – 15% of total purchase amount.
14-2 days prior to departure - 55% of total purchase amount.
1 day prior - Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Gotobus' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

how do I join the tour?
We provide pick up points as well as departure times for all Escorted Tours. We highly recommend that you arrive 15
minutes prior to the stated departure time. We are not able
to make exceptions to these locations.

In what language is this tours conducted?
This tour is escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides. Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and English) may be combined to operate the tours. Please refer to tour description for language
distribution or contact Customer Service for assistance.

Can I purchase accommodation prior to the tour departure or after the tour ends?
We has protected a block of rooms at selected hotels from which the tour starts and ends. Please contact Customer Service for rates.

Are Triple and Quad Rooms available?
Yes - triple as well as quadruple rooms are available. However, these rooms will have two double beds. Rollaways are subject to availability and additional cost, payable locally. Rooms with an occupancy of 5 or more are always on request.

Are transfers included in the tour price?
Unless specifically stated, transfers are not included in the price of our Escorted Tours. These may be booked at an
additional cost. Please contact Customer Service for rates.

What if the tour doesn't meet its minimum number of participants?
This tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate. We reserve the right to cancel a departure 45 days prior and/or to operate a tour in a minibus should the number of participants warrant it. In the event of this occurring, you will be provided the option to take the tour on an alternative date or be refunded in full.

Can we reserve our seat on the coach?
In fairness to all passengers, we have established a seat rotation schedule during the course of our tours. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor requests for special needs.

What are optional tours?
Optional tours are excursions offered in order to enhance your tour experience. A list of these tours will be included in your tour documentation and can be booked with your tour guide. We do not support any excursion that is not part of our authorized list. The tour guides are not responsible for reconfirming any tours bought prior to your arrival in the United States.

Are tips included?
Tips for drivers and guides are not included in the price of our tours. We suggest the following amounts:
Drivers: $3 - $5 per person per day
Guides: $4 - $6 per person per day
Please remember that tipping should accurately reflect the quality of service rendered.

How much luggage may I take on tour?
Tour prices include hotel porterage for one bag per person only. Due to space limitations we cannot guarantee that extra bags will be permitted on the coach. If space does permit however, you will be charged US$ 4 per bag per day for each additional bag. This additional charge will be collected at tour departure.

Is there a minimum age on tours?
We strongly recommends that children be a minimum of 12 years old to participate in our Escorted Tours. Bookings for children under the age of 8 will not be accepted. On tours that overnight in Las Vegas, one person per room must be a minimum of 21 years old. On all other tours, one person per room must be a minimum of 18 years old.

Can we book connecting rooms?
Connecting rooms can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

Can we request smoking / non smoking rooms?
We will do all possible to honor these requests. However, we cannot guarantee a specific type of room will be available.

Will there be any itinerary / hotel changes?
We reserves the right to substitute alternate hotels of similar or higher quality. We also reserve the right to reverse and / or modify the itinerary. These changes will be advised one month prior to your departure date.

Will refunds be granted for any unused portion of the tour?
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any unused portion of the tour.

What happens should we miss the departure due to flight delays or cancellations?
It will be your responsibility to join the tour if your flight has been delayed or cancelled. We will provide assistance. However, any additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the passenger.

Are guests with disabilities accepted on tours?
We will do all possible to accommodate requests for guests with disabilities but reservations cannot be automatically confirmed as not all coaches are equipped to accommodate wheelchairs and special arrangements will need to be made. Passengers needing assistance for personal needs must be accompanied by an able-bodied companion. Guests with disabilities wishing to book an escorted tour should be aware that our coaches are not equipped with lifts for wheelchairs. If the guest requires a wheelchair, it needs to be collapsible.

Are there any visa requirements?
Please note it is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure they have the necessary documentation in order to enter the United States as well as Canada. Certain nationalities may be required to possess a visa for entry into Canada from the United States. Should clients not have the necessary documentation they will not be allowed entry into Canada and will liable for any additional costs incurred.
