• Complimentary hotel pick-up service is available from from most hotels in Miami Beach and Downtown Miami, please enter your hotel name and address in the 'Pickup Hotel' field.
• Passengers will be picked-up from their hotel approximately 9:00am, depending on the hotel location. Exact pick-up time will be provided upon reconfirmation 24 hours prior to tour.

Return Details:

• Tour concludes upon return to your hotel at approximately 1:00pm

• We charge 100% of total price for passenger cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the tour/activity date and “no-shows” on the day of the tour/activity. This means no refunds for failing to take the tour/activity.
