Departure Time:
Passengers will be picked-up from their hotel approximately 9:00am (morning tour), 10:30am (mid-morning tour) or 11:30am (afternoon tour) depending on the hotel location. Exact pick-up time will be provided upon reconfirmation 24 hours prior to tour.
Return Details:
You will be returned to your original departure point after tour.

- Tour is subject to cancellation within 24 hours before departure based on # of passengers booked. Although cancellation is unlikely, customers MUST call provided contact information day before tour date to reconfirm the tour.
- Redemption
- You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.
- Terms & Condition
- All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after booking.
- No cancellation within 72 hours prior departure; 50% refund for cancellation 15 days before the departure time; 25% refund for cancellation within 3-15 days.
- Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
- We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
