Redemption

For every confirmed booking you will be required to print a voucher which is presented at the destination. You will receive an confirmation email after your order was received. Please bring the printout of email with your signature and ID to take the tour. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email.

Terms & Condition

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day.

Refund policy: Land & Water tours are non-refundable. Name, date, and time changes are considered cancellations and are not available for Land & Water tours.

Given that the resale of the canceled space on a tour will likely result in a lost opportunity to sell space on other tours, these fees are due regardless of resale. Passengers who fail to join the tour will not receive a refund.

Name changes and departure date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.

Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.

We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
