Important Details
- Flights require a minimum of two passengers.
- Children younger than 5 must be accompanied by an adult
- Individual travelers can ride alone by paying an additional fee of US$50 on the day of flight. Every effort will be made to place individual travelers on a tour with an available seat; but this is not guaranteed.
- Due to weight and balance restrictions, the helicopters cannot accommodate passengers weighing more than 300 pounds (136 kg). Also, for groups of three passengers, total passenger load may not exceed 600 pounds (272 kg).
Security Requirements:
- Must have a valid photo ID (i.e. - Passport or Drivers License)
- Must check in all bags with security
- No handbags or carry ons will be allowed on the flight
- Must walk through a metal detector
- Must pay a mandatory Heliport Security Fee of $2.50 per person |

| You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase. |

How many people can fly?

| We have a two person minimum for launching a flight. Individual travelers can ride alone by paying an additional fee of US$50 on the day of flight. Every effort will be made to place individual travelers on a tour with an available seat; but this is not guaranteed. |

Do I need to reconfirm the tour?

| Yes, you need to call the tour operator atleast 24 hours before the departure date to reconfirm the tour. It is very important to do so as the tour operator will then book the seat and the time of departure for you. |

How long are the tours?

| You should plan on approximately 30-60 minutes from the time you arrive until the time you leave depending on which tour you select. |
