- For every confirmed booking you will be required to print a voucher which is presented at the destination. You will receive an confirmation email after your order was received. - No cancellation within 72 hours prior departure; 50% refund for cancellation 15 days before the departure time; 25% refund for cancellation within 15 days (>72 hours)
