Pricing Policy

Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure.
No-show (or late cancellation) of free passenger incurs $138 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.

DAY1 Arrival Los Angeles

Arrival in Los Angeles airport and meet our tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area (for U.S domestic flights) or at Exit (for international flights). Transfer to the hotel for check in.

DAY2 Los Angeles - Solvang - Hearst Castle

Depart from Los Angeles at dawn, we will drive along the beautiful Pacific-Coast Highway and stop at Denmark Village - Solvang in the afternoon. Antiquated windmills and Northern Europeans-style architecture punctuate the little village's skyline. Brilliant sunshine, boundless open country and rolling hills- these are the characteristics of what the original Danish immigrants called "Solvang", or "Sunny Field". Pour yourself a cup of aromatic coffee European coffee and nibble a piece of world famous Danish pastry. Pay a visit to the ornate Hearst Castle in the afternoon, built by the newspaper tycoon at the cost of the millions of dollars. Hearst Castle contains priceless antiques and works of art as well as an ornate gilt-bordered swimming pool. European type adornments grace the ceilings of the hall.

DAY3 San Francisco

In the morning, we will cross the Bay Bridge to the enchanting San Francisco and explore the magnitude of Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman Wharf, Lombard Street, Palace of Fine Arts and more. You will be enlightened by the fresh sea breeze and the beautiful ocean. One may take a tour boat at one's own expense and sail around the Bay.

DAY4 Yosemite National Park - Los Angeles

In the morning, you will visit California's best-known Yosemite National Park, one of the wonders of Nature. Yosemite is located near the geographical center of the Nevada mountain range. Towering granite rocks, mighty waterfalls and placid valleys give Yosemite all the aspects of a "land of the gods" Giant trees, water gushing from the mountains, huge rocks and cliffs carved to create a land of fantasy. There is little doubt that water - in both its liquid and solid form - was the chief architect of Yosemite's landscapes. Proceed to Los Angeles in the afternoon. We will be returning to Los Angeles at around 6:40 p.m. for a wonderful conclusion of the trip.

Booking: If you are making a booking within 14 days of departure, please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, tour booking will be confirmed within 2-3 business days.
Flight arrangement: There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour, when you book the flight for this package, make sure the flight departure time on the last day, leaving Los Angeles, is after 9:30 pm.
Airport pickup: Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 3 business days prior departure; otherwise, you are required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense. In case of flight delay of more than 30 mins, please proceed to the hotel at your own expense. If you arrive before the tour's starting date and book the same hotel through Gotobus, airport pick-up service may be arranged accordingly. Please Contact GotoBus for details.
Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively. Child rates apply to ages 2 -9, please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

1	May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?

The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 2 stars and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.

2	Where will we have meals in this tour?

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.

3	Where are the pick-up locations of tours?

Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.

4	Can I change my seats on the bus?

Seats are allotted on first book first served basis, we can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc.

5	Can I pay this tour by cash?

No. Gotobus is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

6	What does the Lodging pull-down menu mean?

This is where you select how many people will be in your room. Double occupancy for hotel room is only guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and price is higher. Family triple arrangements can be purchased with three tickets. Family quad arrangements can be purchased with four tickets.

7	Why can’t I find the tour date I want in this tour?

We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available. Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day.

8	How to cancel this tour?

If you want to cancel this tour, please check the cancellation policy first and then e-mail to support@gotobus.com. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply in one business day, that means your request is not processed. Please contact us immediately.

9	Can you send me a brochure for this tour?
