DISCOUNT POLICY DETAILS:

Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure.
No-show (or late cancellation) of free passenger incurs $138 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.

DAY1 Arrival Los Angeles

Arrival in Los Angeles airport and meet our tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area (for U.S domestic flights) or at Exit (for international flights). Transfer to the hotel for check in.

DAY2 Los Angeles - Las Vegas

Start the tour following the route of San Bernardino Mountain and enter the Mojave Desert to the State of Nevada, " the entertainment capital of the world ". Upon arrival in the afternoon, you are free at leisure. You may take an optional night tour to explore the prosperity of night life in Las Vegas and see the famous shows such as the Fremont Street Viva Vision, Fountain Show at Bellagio and Mardi Gras at Rio. Overnight.

DAY3 Las Vegas - Grand Canyon West Rim ($67/person Mandatory) - Hoover Dam - Las Vegas

World's Seventh Natural Wonder. As you gaze out from the rim, you're viewing 2 billion years of geologic history. Millions of people each year stand in awe at the canyon and leave with a sense of fulfillment and realization that they have witnessed nature at her finest. You may take an optional visit to the "Skywalk", which is the new g gigantic construction built on the very edge of the Grand Canyon West Rim. The Skywalk is suspended 4,000 feet above the Colorado River. This $60 million dollars bridge can withstand the weight of 71 fully loaded Boeing 74 airplanes (more than 71 million pounds). It is the tallest man-made structure in the world. From the bridge, you can step out onto the glass floor for a 720 degree view of the Canyon. You may also take an optional helicopter or boat tour to see the true beauty of the Grand Canyon. Afterwards, proceed to Hoover Dam, which is one of the seven wonders of the Industrial World. (All customers are required to pay $67 admission fee to Grand Canyon West Rim upon arrival. This is the requirement to join this tour.)

DAY4 Las Vegas - Ethel M Chocolate Factory - Botanical Cactus Garden - Los Angeles

Visit Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens before leaving Las Vegas. Stop by Barstow for short rest before continuing to Los Angeles. Arrive in Los Angeles in the evening for a wonderful conclusion of the trip.
(Please arrange return flight departing Los Angeles - LAX after 9:30pm)

Additional Information:

Booking: If you are making a booking within 14 days of departure, please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, tour booking will be confirmed within 2-3 business days.
Airport pickup: Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 3 business days prior departure; otherwise, you are required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense. In case of flight delay of more than 30 mins, please proceed to the hotel at your own expense. If you arrive before the tour's starting date and book the same hotel through Gotobus, airport pick-up service may be arranged accordingly. Please Contact GotoBus for details.
Flight arrangement: There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour, when you book the flight for this package, make sure the flight departure time on the last day, leaving Los Angeles, is after 9:30 pm.
Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively. Triple and Quad rooms are based on the existing bedding in a room which is 2 double beds.
Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 2-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

1	May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?

The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 2 stars and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.

2	Where will we have meals in this tour?

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.

3	Where are the pick-up locations of tours?

Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.

4	Can I change my seats on the bus?

Seats are allotted on first book first served basis, we can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc.

5	Can I pay this tour by cash?

No. Gotobus is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

6	What does the Lodging pull-down menu mean?

This is where you select how many people will be in your room. Double occupancy for hotel room is only guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and price is higher. Family triple arrangements can be purchased with three tickets. Family quad arrangements can be purchased with four tickets.

7	Why can’t I find the tour date I want in this tour?

We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available. Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day.

8	How to cancel this tour?

If you want to cancel this tour, please check the cancellation policy first and then e-mail to support@gotobus.com. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply in one business day, that means your request is not processed. Please contact us immediately.

9	Can you send me a brochure for this tour?
