DAY1 Arrival Los Angeles

Arrival in Los Angeles airport and meet our tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area (for U.S domestic flights) or at Exit (for international flights). Transfer to the hotel for check in.

DAY2 Los Angeles – Solvang - Hearst Castle

Depart from Los Angeles in the morning and drive along the beautiful Pacific-Coast Highway. Arrive at Denmark Village - Solvang in the afternoon. Antiquated windmills and Northern Europeans-style architecture punctuate the little village's skyline. Brilliant sunshine, boundless open country and rolling hills- these are the characteristics of what the original Danish immigrants called "Solvang," or "Sunny Field." Pour yourself a cup of aromatic coffee European coffee and nibble a piece of world famous Danish pastry. Afterwards, pay a visit to the ornate Hearst Castle that was built by the newspaper tycoon at the cost of the millions of dollars. Hearst Castle contains priceless antiques and works of art as well as an ornate gilt-bordered swimming pool. European type adornments grace the ceilings of the hall.

DAY3 San Francisco

In the morning, you will cross the Bay Bridge to the enchanting San Francisco and explore the magnitude of Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman Wharf, Lombard Street, Palace of Fine Arts and more. You will be enlightened by the fresh sea breeze and the beautiful ocean. You may take a tour boat at your own cost and sail around the Bay.

DAY4 Yosemite National Park - Los Angeles

In the morning, you will visit California's best-known Yosemite National Park, one of the wonders of Nature. Yosemite is located near the geographical center of the Nevada mountain range. Towering granite rocks, mighty waterfalls and placid valleys give Yosemite all the aspects of a "land of the gods" Giant trees, water gushing from the mountains, huge rocks and cliffs carved to create a land of fantasy. There is little doubt that water – in both its liquid and solid form – was the chief architect of Yosemite's landscapes. Proceed to Los Angeles in the afternoon. Arrive in Los Angeles in the evening.

DAY5 Los Angeles - Las Vegas

Start the tour following the route of San Bernardino Mountain and enter the Mojave Desert to the State of Nevada, " the entertainment capital of the world ". Upon arrival in the afternoon, you are free at leisure. You may take an optional night tour to explore the prosperity of night life in Las Vegas and see the famous shows such as the Fremont Street Viva Vision, Fountain Show at Bellagio and Mardi Gras at Rio.

DAY6 Las Vegas - Grand Canyon National Park - Hoover Dam - Las Vegas

In the morning, proceed to one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Grand Canyon National Park. The Grand Canyon is much greater both in size and beauty contrary to general misconception. Afterwards, proceed to Hoover Dam, which is one of the seven wonders of the Industrial World. In the evening, get to Las Vegas, "the entertainment capital of the world". You may take an optional night tour to explore the prosperity of night life in Las Vegas or try your luck in casinos.

DAY7 Las Vegas - Chocolate Factory - Botanical Cactus Gardens - Hometown/LA

You may visit Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens in the morning before leaving Las Vegas for home or Los Angeles. (Please arrange return flight departing Los Angeles - LAX after 9:30pm)

Additional Information:

Booking: If you are making a booking within 14 days of departure, please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, tour booking will be confirmed within 2-3 business days.

Airport pickup: Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 3 business days prior departure; otherwise, you are required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense. In case of flight delay of more than 30 mins, please proceed to the hotel at your own expense. If you arrive before the tour's starting date and book the same hotel through Gotobus, airport pick-up service may be arranged accordingly. Please Contact GotoBus for details.

Flight arrangement: There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour, when you book the flight for this package, make sure the flight departure time on the last day, leaving Los Angeles, is after 9:30 pm.

Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively. Triple and Quad rooms are based on the existing bedding in a room which is 2 double beds.

Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 2-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).

Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

1	May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?

The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 2 stars and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.

2	Where will we have meals in this tour?

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.

3	Where are the pick-up locations of tours?

Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.

4	Can I change my seats on the bus?

Seats are allotted on first book first served basis, we can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc.

5	Can I pay this tour by cash?

No. Gotobus is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

6	What does the Lodging pull-down menu mean?

This is where you select how many people will be in your room. Double occupancy for hotel room is only guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and price is higher. Family triple arrangements can be purchased with three tickets. Family quad arrangements can be purchased with four tickets.

7	Why can’t I find the tour date I want in this tour?

We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available. Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day.

8	How to cancel this tour?

If you want to cancel this tour, please check the cancellation policy first and then e-mail to support@gotobus.com. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply in one business day, that means your request is not processed. Please contact us immediately.

9	Can you send me a brochure for this tour?

I took the tour from LA to Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, San Francisco and Yosemite. I was apprehensive due to the low price and about being the only English speaking group on the trip but I we had a great time so wanted to thank you. The hotels were of a high quality, although a bit far out of the towns - would have been nice to have been able to walk to San Fran or LA, especially where taxis are not cheap either. The choice of food at almost all of the stops catered for everyone, not just Asian customers, even if it was fast food (you cannot expect anything else when you are trying to pack so much in!) The guides spoke good enough English to understand, and Mark spoke near perfect English and was very flexible and helped in any way he could. They had a very good knowledge of the areas we traveled to and general American history. The airport transfer was very helpful, and variety of drop off points after the trip very good. We thought the LA night tour was great value for money and very well done. Organization at the main hotel depot at the beginning, middle and end of the trips was a bit chaotic and could have been done better. Also some staff and drivers were a bit rude and abrupt at this time. No complaints about the tips being compulsory as this was made very clear on the website. Good email communication with staff before we went on the trip. Overall great value for money and very enjoyable.
