Tour Itinerary:

• Day 1 San Francisco - Steinbeck Center - Monterey (Dinner is included)
  From San Francisco travel south through San Jose and along the San Andreas Fault Line past Morgan Hill and Gilroy to Salinas. Visit the Steinbeck Center. On to Monterey for a tour of Cannery Row, Pacific Grove, 17 Mile Drive and Pebble Beach. Stop in Carmel by the Sea. By 5:15 p.m. check in at Hyatt Regency Hotel in Monterey. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Monterey (Hyatt Regency Hotel or similar)

• Day 2 Big Sur - Hearst Castle
  Along the rugged Big Sur Highway One we go south to San Simeon. Two-hour tour # 1 of Hearst Castle, ideal for first time visitors. Hearst Castle rises above the clouds on many days of the year and appears to be floating on the mist. Positioned high on a hill some 1600 feet above sea level, Hearst Castle looks out over the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding countryside. It contains many priceless treasures and works of art. Grand rooms with 15th-century carved ceilings house ancient Greek vases and Egyptian sculpture. The library contains rare Greek and Roman antiquities in addition to 4,000 books. Outside the Castle, beyond the manicured gardens, sheep, deer, and zebra roam the grounds. Continue south through San Luis Obispo and Pismo Beach arriving in Solvang at about 5:00 p.m. Overnight in Solvang (B.W. King Fredrik Motel or similar)

• Day 3 Solvang - Ronald Reagan Presidential Library (Breakfast is included)
  Breakfast in Solvang, a delightful village of Danish heritage with gift shops galore. On to Santa Barbara for a short visit. Inland through Fillmore to Simi Valley for tour of Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. South to Van Nuys by 4:00 p.m. then to LAX Renaissance Hotel by 5:00 p.m.

Departure Details:

• Complimentary hotel pick-up service is available from all downtown hotels in central San Francisco area between 6:15am and 6:45am. Please advise pick-up hotel at time of booking and call upon arrival in San Francisco to reconfirm pick-up time.

• Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively. Triple and Quad rooms are based on the existing bedding in a room which is 2 double beds.
• Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 5 to 11 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). For example, tour members who are between 5 and 11 years and traveling with two adults in the same room receive a child discount on the tour price.
• All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 1-2 business days after booking, please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

• All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
• Cancellations received up to 31 days prior to departure – No charge.
• Cancellations received within 21-30 days of departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person.
• Cancellation received within 20–4 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
• Cancellations received within 3 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
• Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
• Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
• There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
