Day 1 Hometown - New York City (12/26)
Our tour guide will meet you at the airport (Baggage Claim Area) and take you to the hotel. We offer pick-up service for JFK, LGA and EWR airports. For the best service, please choose EWR (Newark Liberty International Airport). NYC night tour available only for arrivals before 5 PM for an additional $25 fee (optional).

There is an exciting night tour of New York City (optional) where you can experience the bright lights of the big city. You can see all of the wonderful NYC landmarks like never before in the beautiful night sky. The tour will take you to the South Street Seaport to enjoy the spectacular views of the NYC bridges at night. You will also see Midtown Manhattan which is the largest central business district in the world and is home to the NYCs tallest and most famous buildings like the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building. The tour will also take you to see the world famous Rockefeller Center, an art deco marvel covering 11 acres in midtown Manhattan and home to NBC studios, an outdoor ice skating rink (winter), and Prometheus. Then you will visit Times Square and Broadway which is known as the Theater District or the Great White Way.

Day 2 NYC - Philadelphia - Washington DC (12/27)
In the morning the bus tour will visit Philadelphia. You will visit Independence Hall where George Washington was appointed commander in chief of the Continental Army, the Declaration of Independence was adopted in 1776, and the U.S. Constitution was drafted in 1787. You will also see the Liberty Bell which has been a symbol of liberty for over 200 years. The bus tour will then take you to the nations capital; Washington D.C. Here you will visit the White House which is one of the worlds most famous building and is the residence and workplace for the President of the U.S. The tour also takes you to the National Museum of Natural History which is part of the Smithsonian Institution and is the worlds finest museum and research complex. The Museum is dedicated to stimulating curiosity, discovery, and learning about the natural world through its unmatched research, collections, exhibitions, and educational outreach programs. You will also see the Lincoln Memorial which is in the form of a Greek temple and contains a large seated sculpture of Abraham Lincoln and inscriptions of two well-known speeches by Lincoln. You will also visit the Jefferson Memorial which is dedicated to Thomas Jefferson, an American Founding Father and the third president of the United States. The tour will also take you to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial which was designed by Maya Ying Lin and honors members of the U.S. armed forces who fought in the Vietnam War and who died in service or are missing. Time permitting you will go to the Korean War Plaza which honors the United States soldiers that served in the Korean War.

Day 3 D.C. - Hershey - Corning Glass Center - Niagara Falls (12/28)
In the morning the bus tour will depart from Washington D.C. and travel to Corning, New York to visit the Corning Museum of Glass which is the largest glass museum in the world with more than 45,000 objects from over 3,500 years of glassmaking history. You will also see live, narrated glassmaking demonstrations. Afterwards the bus tour will take you to Niagara Falls. The Falls is collectively made from the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and the Canadian Horseshoe Falls and are famous for their beauty and as a valuable source of hydroelectric power. In the evening you can enjoy breathtaking views when the intense spotlights shower the falls with different shades of rainbow colors. The Falls is also a place where many couples come to admire the beauty of the falls while enjoying a romantic evening.

Day 4 Niagara Falls - Boston (12/29)
Today you will continue to enjoy the Canadian Horseshoe Falls (U.S. side), American Falls, Goat Island, and the Bridal Veil Falls as you explore the power of the falls on a boat ride. Afterwards, the bus tour will travel to the historic city of Boston which is the capital and largest city of Massachusetts and also one of Americas oldest cities, with a rich economic and social history.

Day 5 Boston - New York City (12/30)
In the morning the bus tour will continue the city tour of Boston with a stop at Harvard University; the oldest university in the United States. You will also visit Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT); a world-class institution that educates students in science and technology. The tour will also take you to the Massachusetts State House which is the magnificent setting for their state government for over two centuries and has become an outstanding museum reflecting the history of Massachusetts since colonial times. You will also enjoy the shops and foods at the Faneuil Hall Marketplace, also known as Quincy Market which is set around a cobblestone promenade where jugglers, magicians and musicians entertain the passers-by. Afterwards you will return to New York City where you will explore lower Manhattan. Here you will explore the heart of the financial district at Wall Street where you can also see the world famous bronze charging bull; the unofficial symbol of the financial district. The tour also takes you to Ground Zero where you can pay your respects to the events from Sept. 11, 2001. You will also visit Chinatown which is a 150-year-old neighborhood and one of the largest Chinatowns in North America. You will also visit Little Italy where you will walk along the narrow, cobblestoned streets and get tempted by the sights, sounds, and smells of Italian cuisine and culture emanating from the restaurants and cafes surrounding you at every step. Afterwards you will enjoy your dinner in the Little Italy SoHo area.

Day 6 New York City Tour - Times Square Celebration (12/31)
Today you will continue your tour of the Big Apple NYC where you will visit the world famous Empire State Building; a 102-story Art Deco skyscraper which is the tallest building in New York City. You will be able to go up to the 86th floor observatory and enjoy the panoramic views from within a glass enclosed pavilion and from the surrounding open-air promenade. The tour also takes you to the United Nations where 192 countries meet to discuss issues like human rights and achieving world peace. You will also see Rockefeller Center which is home to NBC studios, outdoor skating rink, and the famous Christmas tree which has delighted crowds for over 75 years. Afterwards you can enjoy the excitement as you celebrate the new year with millions of other partygoers at the "Crossroads of the World" at the Times Square. We will get to the Time Square around 2:00pm-3:00pm. The bus will be parked as closely as possible. After the countdown, travelers get back to the bus. The bus will be leaving for the hotel around 12:30am-1:00am. For the ones who like to leave earlier, they'll need to take a taxi.

Day 7 New York - West Point - Woodbury Outlet (1/1)
In the morning the bus tour will visit West Point Military Academy which develops cadets intellectually, physically, militarily, ethically, spiritually, and socially. A favorite expression at West Point is that "much of the history we teach was made by people we taught." Some well known graduates and great leaders were Ulysses S. Grant, Robert E. Lee, John J. Pershing, Douglas MacArthur, Dwight D. Eisenhower, George S. Patton, and Norman Schwarzkopf. You will also go shopping at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. Woodbury Common has 220 stores on more than 800,000 square feet and is one of the largest outlet centers in the world. Woodbury Common is a shopaholics dream where you can get designer clothing at bargain prices. Not only is there great deals on clothing but there are stores for home furnishing, jewelry, luggage, leather, gifts and specialty items as well. Some of the stores where you can find remarkable savings are Adidas, Barneys New York Outlet, Burberry, Coach, Dolce & Gabbana, Ed Hardy, Fendi, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, J.Crew, Jimmy Choo, Juicy Couture, Lacoste, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Prada, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Tods, Ugg, and many more.

Day 8 NYC - 5th Ave - Metropolita Museum - Natural Museum - Hometown (1/2)
Today the bus tour will take you shopping along Fifth Avenue in New York City which is ranked as one of the most expensive streets in the world. You will also explore the Metropolitan Museum of Art which is an art museum that contains a permanent collection of more than two million works of art. You will also go to the American Museum of Natural History which is one of the largest and most well-known museums in the world and is known for its collections and exhibitions that show millions of years of evolution, starting back from the birth of the planet through to the present day.

Please arrange your departure flight from a NYC area airport (JFK, EWR or LGA) after 6:45 PM.

  • Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively. Triple and Quad rooms are based on the existing bedding in a room which is 2 double beds.
  • Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 2-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides. Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Gotobus by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

Cancellation penalties per person for 1-4 days tours

  • Up to 15 days prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount.
  • 8-14 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
  • 4-7 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
  • 1-3 days prior to departure - 75% of total purchase amount.
  • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
  • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

Cancellation penalties per person for tours last 5 or more days

  • Up to 46 days prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount.
  • 21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
  • 8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
  • 1-7 days prior to departure - 75% of total purchase amount.
  • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
  • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Gotobus' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
