Day 1 New York - Thousand Islands (Apr - Nov)
This morning we will travel to the Thousand Islands region (American side); an international tourism destination that encompasses communities on both sides of the US-Canada seaway. The region takes its name from the more than 1,000 islands that dot the lakes and rivers along this international waterway. Here we will be rewarded with a breathtaking glimpse of natures creativity by cruising on the Thousand Islands boat tour at Alexandria Bay. In the evening, the bus tour will stay in the city of Amherst.

Day 2 Niagara Fall (day view) - Corning Glass Museum
Today we will visit the Niagara Falls. The Falls are collectively made from the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and the Canadian Horseshoe Falls and are famous for their beauty and as a valuable source of hydroelectric power. Why not take the Maid of the Mist boat (seasonal) where you will get soaked you as you explore the roar of the Falls? This historical ride is a half hour thrill of a lifetime and is North Americas oldest tourist attraction as millions of visitors have enjoyed the boat tours since 1846. We will also go to the IMAX Theatre to experience the Falls like never before. Here we can see "The Falls Movie: Legends and Daredevils" - one of the most spectacular IMAX movies of all time. Sitting in front of a giant six-story movie screen and feel the power of 12,000 watts of thunderous digital surround sound where we can see behind the mist, myths and mysteries of one of the most storied natural wonders of the world. Later, we head to Corning, New York to visit the Corning Museum of Glass which is the largest glass museum in the world with more than 45,000 objects from over 3,500 years of glassmaking history. Our highlight visit is of curse to see the live, narrated glassmaking demonstrations. Next, we drive to Washington D.C. and make a stopover in Maryland.

Day 3 Washington DC - Philadelphia - New York
Today we visit the nation's capital: Washington D.C. Here we will visit the Lincoln Memorial which is in the form of a Greek temple and contains a large seated sculpture of Abraham Lincoln and inscriptions of two well-known speeches by Lincoln. Then visit the Jefferson Memorial which is dedicated to Thomas Jefferson, an American Founding Father and the third president of the United States. Next we go to the National Museum of Natural History which is part of the Smithsonian Institution and is the worlds finest museum and research complex. The Museum is dedicated to stimulating curiosity, discovery, and learning about the natural world through its unmatched research, collections, exhibitions, and educational outreach programs. We will get the chance to see the White House which is one of the worlds most famous building and is the residence and workplace for the President of the U.S. Later, a stop at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial which was designed by Maya Ying Lin and honors members of the U.S. armed forces who fought in the Vietnam War and who died in service or are missing. Next we driver to Philadelphia where we will visit Independence Hall where George Washington was appointed commander in chief of the Continental Army, the Declaration of Independence was adopted in 1776, and the U.S. Constitution was drafted in 1787; and the Liberty Bell which has been a symbol of liberty for over 200 years.

  • Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple & Quad prices are for two people , three people & four people staying in one room respectively.
  • Child Rate: Children are 2-9 years old. Tour members who are between 2 and 9 years and traveling with two adults in the same room receive a child discount on the tour price. Each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum 4 guests (adults and children).
  • Buy 2 Get 1 Free Discount: Offer applies to 3 or 4 people sharing a room. Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure. No-show (or late cancellation) of free passenger incurs a $96 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Gotobus by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

Cancellation penalties per person for 1-4 days tours

  • Up to 15 days prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount.
  • 8-14 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
  • 4-7 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
  • 1-3 days prior to departure - 75% of total purchase amount.
  • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
  • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

  • Up to 46 days prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount.
  • 21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
  • 8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
  • 1-7 days prior to departure - 75% of total purchase amount.
  • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
  • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Gotobus' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
