In the 1980s Miami Vice returned some of the style and glamour to the crumbling neighborhood until Madonna, Stallone, Versace and the supermodels arrived! South Beach instantly became the fashionable place to be. Ocean Drive was the street where celebrities relaxed in cafes, rubbing elbows with tourists.

Today Ocean Drive is one of the most recognized streets in the world, as the pastel Art Deco hotels and sidewalk cafes have provided the backdrop for countless TV shows, movies, music videos, photo shoots, fashion magazines and famous faces.
