We're constantly adding new departures dates and times, as they're made available to GotoBus by our local suppliers.

In some cases our suppliers have not yet confirmed their future schedules. So bookmark this page and keep checking back with us if you don't see the dates you're looking for.

- Prices listed have already been adjusted
- Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure
- No-show (or late cancellation) of free passenger incurs a $78 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat
Child Rate: Child rates apply to ages 3-9 using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers. Each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum 4 guests (adults and children).
Infant Rate: A separate seat is required for infants and infant rate ($16/day) apply to those under 2 years old (*rate does not include any admission fees)

DAY1 Los Angeles - Tanger outlet - Las Vegas

Depart L.A. by luxurious tour bus. The tour will reach the shopping outlet at around 11:30am. After about 1.5 hours shopping in the discounted outlet, the tour will head to the entertainment capitol of the world - Las Vegas. (Customers may join an optional night tour to see all those free shows and luxury hotels on the Strip ($25).

DAY2 Hoover Dam - West Rim Grand Canyon (**Mandatory entrance $68/per person, including lunch) - Las Vegas

Visit the Hoover Dam and the world largest man-made lake - Lake Mead. Tour the West Grand Canyon. Admire one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Enjoy the lunch in the canyon rim; you will have an option to join the walk to the home of the 8th Wonder of the World - The Skywalk Glass Bridge.

OR Free Day in Las Vegas
Enjoy a day of leisure in Las Vegas. You have the choice to visit some of the spectacular hotels, take one of the many optional excursions offered, or simply relax by the pool. Las Vegas has something for everyone and you have the whole day to explore this world famous city.

DAY3 Las Vegas - Ethel M Chocolate Factory - Factory Outlets - Los Angeles

In the morning you will visit the Ethel M Chocolate Factory (free admission) and Botanical Cactus Gardens (free admission). Then stop at Tanger Factory Outlet for a short break. Return to Los Angeles in the evening at around 6:40pm.

All meals and drinks during the trip, but the tour guide will arrange for.
Grand Canyon West Rim admission.
Personal Expenses such as phone calls, room service, alcoholic and bar beverages, laundry, airline excess luggage charges, visa fees, optional admission/excursion fees are not included. Service Fees for tour guide/bus driver (min. $6.00/day per person).

Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Ticket Confirmation: Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Reservation is subject to availability check and you will receive an email within 72 hours after booking if reservation is not confirmed.
Ticket Redemption: You will receive an email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

1	May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?

The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 2 stars and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.

2	Where will we have meals in this tour?

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.

3	Where are the pick-up locations of tours?

Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.

4	Can I change my seats on the bus?

Seats are allotted on first book first served basis, we can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc.

5	Can I pay this tour by cash?

No. Gotobus is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

6	What does the Lodging pull-down menu mean?

This is where you select how many people will be in your room. Double occupancy for hotel room is only guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and price is higher. Family triple arrangements can be purchased with three tickets. Family quad arrangements can be purchased with four tickets.

7	Why can’t I find the tour date I want in this tour?

We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available. Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day.

8	Do I need to pick up a physical ticket?

No. You do not. E-Ticket will be automatically emailed to you after you complete your booking online. All you need to do is to bring a valid picture ID along with a printout of eTicket you receive to board the scheduled bus.

9	Can you send me a brochure for this tour?

You will find an electronic brochure for each tour on our website describing all activities and itineraries. Printed brochures are not available. If you do not find adequate information about a tour on our website, please contact our online help. Contact customer support

10	How to cancel this tour?

If you want to cancel this tour, please check the cancellation policy first and then e-mail to support@gotobus.com. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply in one business day, that means your request is not processed. Please contact us immediately.

Guide Paula was professional. Being bilingual, she spoke fluently in English and Mandarin, without missing any details in either language. She would give us the heads up on what to expect on the next segment of our trip, the expected weather so that we may dress appropriately. Hotel room was spacious but had a poor view (satellite dish). However, it had a flat screen TV. Bathroom had stains at the corners of shower stall, wall paper was peeling. On the last day, we went to a buffet restaurant. Great value for money-$10, a wide spread of dishes (including drinks and dessert).Prior to booking, we had some enquiries which were answered fairly promptly. Overall, the tour was good value for money and it was a good experience.
