Day 1 Saturday: Arrive in Madrid
Arrival at Madrid airport. After clearing simple immigration and customs formalities, meet your transferist OUTSIDE the luggage claim area (look for someone holding a sign bearing your name) You will be transferred to your First Class hotel. Take advantage of the free time to get to know one of Europe's most dynamic capital cities. In the early evening, enjoy an "Illuminated Madrid" drive through the bustling streets of the old city, ending at the historical and impressive Plaza Mayor. This area is home to some of the most typical restaurants and taverns, which serve the delicious "tapas". (Optional: PREMIUM PACKAGE includes a Tapas Dinner tonight.) Return to your hotel at your own convenience.

Day 2 Sunday: Madrid City Tour
Buffet breakfast. This morning's escorted panoramic tour will allow you to get a glimpse of some of Madrid's most outstanding attractions, like the Puerta del Sol, the magnificent fountains of Neptune and Cibeles, the stately Alcala Gate, the busy Gran Via, the Plaza de Espaņa and the Plaza de Oriente. Free time for lunch on your own. (Optional: PREMIUM PACKAGE includes a Lunch today.) Highly recommended this afternoon, is an optional tour to the Imperial former capital city of Toledo, where you will be escorted through its narrow cobblestone streets. Sightseeing will include the interior of the magnificent Gothic cathedral and a visit to St. Tome Church, where El Greco's masterpiece painting is displayed. There will also be some time for shopping for the unique typical local artisanry. (Optional: PREMIUM PACKAGE includes the tour to Toledo) Return to Madrid for accommodations.

Day 3 Monday: Madrid - Merida - Seville
Buffet breakfast. Departure through the once-remote region of Extremadura, home to many of the "conquistadors". Arrival in ancient Merida. Free time for lunch. (Optional: Lunch included in PREMIUM PACKAGE.) In the afternoon, visit the impressive Roman amphitheatre archeological site before continuing to Seville. (Optional: Dinner included in PREMIUM PACKAGE.)

Day 4 Tuesday: Seville City Tour
Buffet breakfast. This morning's sightseeing will explore this gracious and charming city, Spain's third largest. See the Tower of Gold, the tranquil Maria Luisa Park, the quaint Santa Cruz Quarter, and finally the huge cathedral (one of the world's largest) with its Giralda Tower (a former minaret). Free time for lunch on your own. The afternoon is free to continue to explore or shop. This evening an optional Flamenco Show is suggested, with the enjoyment of local wine. (Optional: PREMIUM PACKAGE includes Flamenco Show and drink.)

Day 5 Wednesday: Seville - Cordoba - Granada
Buffet breakfast. Depart to Cordoba. Tour one of the world's marvels, the former Great Mosque (now a cathedral). Free time for lunch on your own. Continue to Granada, passing thousands of acres of olive groves. (Optional: PREMIUM PACKAGE includes dinner tonight.) This evening, an excellent suggestion would be to visit (optionally) the typical Albaicin quarter, where Andalusian customs, music and wine join to create a fascinating atmosphere. (Optional: PREMIUM PACKAGE includes this visit).

Day 6 Thursday: Granada - Costa del Sol
Buffet breakfast. This morning, enjoy an escorted tour of the magnificent Alhambra and the verdant Gardens of the Generalife. Departure to the world-famous resort area of the Costa del Sol.

  • Price: All Prices are in USD. Prices are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy. All prices are based on current exchange rates and are subject to change without notice.
  • Children: All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age for children on escorted or guided tours is six. There is no minimum age on independent packages. Discounts for children sharing a room as third may apply to children under 12.

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

Redemption
You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

Prices: Quoted prices are based on US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Tour Accommodations: The Tour Operator reserves the right, if necessary, to substitute other similar hotels for hotels listed. Such substitutions may be made at any time and without prior notice. The Tour Operator cannot be held responsible for hotel over-bookings; should such occur, the Tour Operator will undertake to find similar accommodations in the same area.

English-Speaking tour escort: A professional bilingual tour director will accompany tours while traveling by motorcoach. Most tours will operate in both Spanish and English on the same motorcoach. In the unusual event that a group numbers less than 15 persons, the Tour Operator reserves the right to operate the tour in minibus or private car with a bilingual driver-escort, or by first class rail transportation.

Hotels: Unless otherwise stated, prices are per room and based on one, two or three persons sharing a room with private bath. A limited number of single rooms are available at additional cost. Triple rooms are not recommended.

Meals and sightseeing: As indicated in the itineraries. Meals do not normally include beverages except coffee or tea with breakfasts.

Passport and visas: A valid passport is required for United States citizens. Citizens of other countries require a valid passport and may require additional documents. Such persons should contact consulates of countries to be visited and obtain proper documents before departure. The possession of required and valid passport and visas is the sole responsibility of the traveler. The Tour Operator assumes no liability for lack of proper documents.

Baggage: Although airline regulations generally allow free of charge a maximum of two bags with combined length, width and height of 106 inches (economy) or 124 inches (first class); the Tour Operator will accommodate only one normal size suitcase plus one small overnight bag on motorcoach tours.

Surcharges: A documentation and shipping fee of $25 will be added to all online bookings.

Cancellation: Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure.

  • Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to departure will have a penalty of $50 per person;
  • Cancellations received between 45 and 22 days will have a penalty of $100 per person;
  • Cancellations received between 21 and 16 days will have a penalty of 35% per person.
  • Cancellations received between 15 and 8 days will have a penalty of 50% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 7 days or less before departure or "no shows" will receive no refund. No refund will be made for abandonment of services. No refunds will be made for transfers, city tours or any other services (including meals, accommodations or transportation) voluntarily not taken.
  • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    Insurance: The Tour Operator highly recommends that each traveler purchase travel and cancellation insurance. Such insurance can be obtained through your professional travel agent.

    Changes: Travelers holding confirmed tour or hotel package reservations may request a change of date to another tour or hotel package of equal or greater value. Online changes can be made up to 45 days before departure and are subject to availability. There will be a charge of $25 for such changes if accepted by the Tour Operator.

    Responsibility: The Tour Operator holds itself free of any responsibility for any cause, in all matters connected with hotels, accommodations, sightseeing tours and transportation, whether by air, rail, bus, motorcar, boat or any other means. The Tour Operator and/or its agents will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any of the traveler's belongings. The Tour Operator reserves the right to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time. Baggage and personal effects are at the owner's risk throughout the tour unless insured.

    Limitations of Liability: The Tour Operator and its agents act only as agents for the traveler's hotels, restaurants, sightseeing and
    transportation (such as railroad, aircraft, boat, motorcoach, automobile, or any conveyance). The Tour Operator and its agents shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage, delay or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with any defect in any vehicle or any act, omission, neglect, accident, error or default of any company or person engaged in providing such hotel, restaurant, sightseeing, transportation or other services of the tour. The Tour Operator and its agents shall not be responsible or liable for alterations of the tour itinerary or arrangement, if such alterations become advisable or necessary for the comfort or well being of any passenger, or for any reason whatsoever. The right is reservedto withdraw any or all tours or portions thereof. The sole and exclusive responsibility and liability of the airline shall be in accordance with and as limited by the contract of carriage in the passenger's ticket, the applicable tariffs, and provisions of the Warsaw Convention, if applicable.
