The following are FAQs from our customers. If you cannot find the answer to you question, please click [Ask Question] to ask. We will answer your question as soon as possible.
1
What is a Go Card?
A Go Los Angeles Card is a multi-attraction pass providing you the most choice (over 45 attractions) at the best value. Included attraction admissions are free. You get to create your own experience, tailoring your activities based on what you like to do, while also enjoying tremendous savings with exclusive deals & savings.
It works somewhat similar to a day at an amusement park, except that with a Go Card, much of Southern California is your own personal park! You pay one price and then get to try as many different activities as you like. No need to buy tickets to each attraction.
2
How does the Go Los Angeles Card work?
All you have to do is present your Go Los Angeles Card at a participating attraction and you get in FREE. The Go Los Angeles Card is a flexible use card. You choose ANY 1, 2, 3, 5 or 7 calendar days out of a 14 day period to enjoy the card once it is activated. Your days do NOT need to be used consecutively. The first attraction visited will activate the time/days purchased on your Go Los Angeles Card. Take 2 weeks to use your days!
Daytime admission to all listed attractions is included in the card. You can visit any attraction once per day per the life of your card, unless otherwise noted. Every person (ages 3 and up) in your group must have a Go Los Angeles Card to take advantage of the free admissions.
3
Does my card expire?
Your first attraction visit must occur within one (1) year following the calendar year in which your card is purchased. For example: cards purchased in 2006 will expire on December 31, 2007.
4
How do I know which attractions to visit?
Each order receives a Go Card Guidebook. This full color guidebook is your resource for creating your own tailor-made experience and includes attraction descriptions, hours of operation, directions and much more! You can also visit our E-Guidebook by clicking on Included Attractions.
Read what other travelers think about this tour. What they loved, what they liked and what they think could be improved, it's all here to help you make the most of your next trip.
