Day 1
New York - Portland:
Depart from NYC in the morning for Mystic Village, Connecticut. Shop in forty old-time shops that feature many unique items. There is also a visit to Mystic Aquarium and Institute for Exploration, featuring living marine creatures and the latest discoveries of our underwater world (optional). In the afternoon, we will head further north to Portland, Maine, a seacoast town full of great seafood cuisines such as clam chowder and lobsters. We will also visit the grounds of Portland Head Light, featuring a spectacular lighthouse, a historic fort and beachfront views. Built during the presidency of George Washington, Portland Head Light is the oldest lighthouse in Maine and is said to be the most photographed lighthouse in America. In the evening, join us in Old Port, Portland's downtown district for boutique shopping, cutting edge restaurants serving the latest nouveau cuisine.
Day 2
Acadia National Park:
We will visit Acadia National Park on the coast, with its majestic rocky coast and winding trails. We will also visit Bar Harbor to stroll on the stonewall-lined and tree-covered Main Street and Thunder Hole to experience the thunder of the sea against the rocky shores of Maine. Weather permitting, we can enjoy the sweeping vistas from driving to the top Cadillac Mountain, including views of Eagle Lake, characterized by rugged terrain carved by brooks and streams. We will also board a Natural Cruise, where we can see seals and sea lions in their natural habitats and learn lobster fishing techniques (optional).
Day 3
Budweiser Brewery - New York:
After witnessing the nature in its undisturbed state, learn how Budweiser beer is brewed with hops and barley, and aged in beechwood. Take a fact-filled tour through the Anheuser-Busch brewery, wrapping up with samples of the brewery's finest beers. After touring the brewery, we will then return to New York.

Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of
booking by email. Tour requires a
minimum number of passengers to operate so
reconfirmation is required during low season (Oct to April).
Redemption
Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Gotobus by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Cancellation penalties per person for 1-4 days tours
15-30 days prior to departure – 10% of total purchase amount.
7-14 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
4-6 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
Cancellation penalties per person for tours last 5 or more days
Up to 46 days prior to departure – 10% of total purchase
amount.
21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase
amount.
8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase
amount.
1-7 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase
amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit
entire payment.

NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Gotobus' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

What is the "Buy 2 Get 3rd Free" policy?
We currently offer Buy 2 Free 3rd Free discount and the Triple Occupancy* rate has been adjusted to reflect this discount. *Total cost of a Double Occupancy is same as the total cost of a Triple Occupancy.

May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?
The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure.
Most hotels are around 2 stars (local tours) and 3-4 stats (5+ days vacation packages) and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.

Where will we have meals in this tour?
Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.

Where are the pick-up locations of tours?
Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.

Can I pay this tour by cash?
No. Gotobus is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

What does the Lodging pull-down menu mean?
This is where you select how many people will be in your room. Double occupancy for hotel room is only guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and price is higher. Family triple arrangements can be purchased with three tickets. Family quad arrangements can be purchased with four tickets.

How to select and pay the optional admission fee?
It should be paid upon arrival. Please bring cash for optional admission fees, meals, as well as tips to tour guide.

Do I need to pick up a physical ticket?
No. You do not. E-Ticket will be automatically emailed to you after you complete your booking online. All you need to do is to bring a valid picture ID along with a printout of eTicket you receive to board the scheduled bus.

Why can’t I find the tour date I want in this tour?
We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available.
Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day.

Can I change my seats on the bus?
Seats are allotted on first book first served basis, we can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc.

Can you send me a brochure for this tour?
You will find an electronic brochure for each tour on our website describing all activities and itineraries. Printed brochures are not available. If you do not find adequate information about a tour on our website, please contact our online help.
