Departure from Florence to reach the Prada outlet. - All Tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. You will be notified prior to departure time if cancellation is necessary.
- We reserves the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules or rates and to cancel or substitute routes and stops on any tour without prior notice and to substitute restaurants, attractions, landmarks and or sites as directed by officials.
- We charge 100% of total price for passenger cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the tour/activity date and no-shows on the day of the tour/activity. This means no refunds for failing to take the tour/activity.
