The olive tree, vigorous tree whose roots lie in the heart of Tuscan history, and oil, more and more a protagonist in this wonderful land. At Obsequium, located in the Marsili's Tower, we offer a selection of this unique product, taking a tasting's path that winds between the varieties of olive groves of Tuscany and the most representative from the spicy "Olio Novo" of the Chianti Classico coming up the Tyrrhenian Sea in the area of Bolgheri. Together with the Tuscan tradition with double wire bound with olive oil, will accompany the tasting of another great hero of the Tuscan-Emilian tradition. We offer, therefore, a selection of several types of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Balsamic vinegard's mustards with a selection of ageing cheese.

    You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.
