Enjoy nature through the crystal clear waters of this spectacular natural aquarium. An environment of creeks, lagoons, natural wells and ancient caves is fed by underground rivers flowing out to the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Explore the underwater world by snorkel and come face to face with exotic underwater flora and fauna such as curious rays and schools of French Angel fish. Other activities include cliff diving, rope swing diving, rope bridge walking, bicycling, kayaking, swimming with the dolphins, snuba diving, underwater breathing bubble, scuba diving and much more!
We will leave Xel-Ha when the park closes at 5:00pm, arriving back to the first Cancun hotel by 6:30pm.
- Departure and Return Details
- Hotel pickups occur from 7:00-7:30am. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at 7:00am. The tour departs from our Fat Tuesday terminal at 8:15am and arrives in Xel-Ha by 9:45am.
- Complimentary hotel pick-up service is available from all Cancun Hotel Zone hotels, Moon Palace and Sun Palace. please enter your hotel name and address in the 'Pickup Hotel Info' field.
- Return Dropoff Service Not Available for Courtyard by Marriott or Secrets Excellence Playa Mujeres.

1 - 50 Minute Dolphin Swim: $139 Adult/Child
Experience the newest sensation in our unique one hour swim with the dolphins program. Come see why we provide one of the highest rated programs in the world including dolphin tricks, kiss, and the one of a kind "foot push" just like you've seen on TV.
2 - Snuba Diving: (Arranged at Park)
Snuba is a combination of snorkeling and scuba that requires no certification and is another of the park's main attractions. This water activity permits inexperienced divers to descend safely to the reef zone without breath-hold diving. Experience the thrill of breathing underwater!
3 - Sea Trek Breathing Bubble Dive: (Arranged at Park)
Enter the fabulous world of tropical fish in this new take on helmet diving which is safe, enjoyable and you wont even get your hair wet! Casually walk along the sea bed exploring the underwater gardens of Xel-Ha. This innovative adventure is an excellent experience for both swimmers and non-swimmers.
- Additional Note
- Please bring a credit card along as a deposit for rental of snorkel gear (no charge to card and slip is returned upon return of equipment).
- Only biodegradable sunblock is permitted. Your sunscreen must be clearly marked as PABA Free, Oil-Free, and Biodegradable. The chemicals oxybenzone, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, or the preservative butylparaben are all proven to damage coral reefs. If you’re not sure if your sunscreen is safe, it can be purchased at the park for about $15 US.
- Travel light wearing a swimsuit and comfortable clothes/shoes. We recommend wearing shoes for the natural rock walkways.
- Towels, locker and snorkeling equipment are provided.
- We recommend bringing decongestant just in case as it can be uncomfortable or dangerous to dive if you become congested and Dramamine is recommended for those sensitive to sea sickness. Each should be taken one hour prior to activities.
- Redemption
- You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.
