Hotel pickups are between 7:00-7:30am. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at 7:00am. Tour departs from our terminal at 8:15am. We will arrive at the dock in Playa del Carmen at 9:40 am and take the ferry to Cozumel. The tour guide there will show you where you will meet him for the return ferry to Playa del Carmen. This will be the place and time to come back to Cancun.
(Return Dropoff Service Not Available for Courtyard by Marriott or Secrets Excellence Playa Mujeres).
Departure and Return Details
Complimentary hotel pick-up service is available from all Cancun Hotel Zone hotels, Moon Palace and Sun Palace. Please enter your hotel name and address in the 'Pickup Hotel Info' field.
Hotel pickups occur from 7:00 to 7:30am. Please be ready at 7:00am "in your hotel lobby" Check-in will be performed at our terminal and departs at 08:15am.

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.
