Red Line - Honolulu City Line Stops - Hours of Operation: Daily 8:30am to 5:30pm, every 35 minutes. The Ilikai, DFS Galleria, Royal Hawaiian Center, Duke Kahanamoku Statue, Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel, Honolulu Academy of Arts, State Capitol/ Iolani Palace, Aloha Tower Marketplace, Downtown Arts District (Bethel & S. King St., one block from Chinatown), King Kamehameha Statue, Ward Warehouse, Ward Centre, Ala Moana Blvd.(Ala Moana Ctr.)
Green Line - Ocean Coast Line Stops - Hours of Operation: Daily 8:10 am to 4:40 pm, every 35 minutes. Pink Line - Ala Moana Shopping Shuttle Line Stops - Hours of Operation: Daily 9:30 am to 9:00 pm, every 10 minutes. DFS Galleria Waikiki, Duke Kahanamoku Statue, ResortQuest Waikīkī Beach Hotel, Waikiki Prince Kuhio Hotel, Ohana Waikiki West Hotel, King Kalakaua Plaza, Hilton Hawaiian Village (Tapa Tower), Aqua Palms at Waikiki, Ala Moana Center, Renaissance Ilikai & Hawaii Prince Hotels, Hilton Hawaiian Village (Tapa Tower), Saratoga Road.
Note: Effective April 1, 2010, the Nordstrom's stop at Ala Moana Center will be cancelled; offical stop is the Ala Moana Boulevard stop (inside of Center).

Additional Note

1-day, 4-day and 7-day passes are available, which allow the holder unlimited boarding and re-boarding privileges on the Red, Blue, Yellow and Pink Lines.
4-day passes can only be used in any four-day combination within a seven-day period.

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

1	Are there any limitations to getting on and off the trolleys?

With a vaild pass, your reboarding privileges are unlimited. Stay on or get off at any stop you want at any time.

2	Can I eat on the trolleys?

Sorry, no eating, drinking or smoking on board any of the trolleys.

3	Do I have to use my 4-day pass on four consecutive days?

No. You do not have to use your 4-day pass on four consecutive days. You can use them in any four-day combination within a seven-day period.

4	Does the trolley go to Pearl Harbor?

Unfortunately, the Waikiki Trolley does not go to Pearl Harbor.

5	Can I get off at Hanauma Bay?

Yes, but this is a picture stop only. If you are riding the Blue Line and wish to spend time at Hanauma Bay, you must disembark at the Hawaii Kai Towne Center stop and catch a shuttle or cab to Hanauma Bay. Also, please remember that Hanauma Bay is closed on Tuesdays.

6	Where can I find assistance?

There are Customer Service Representatives located at five stops throughout the Honolulu area. Customer Service Representatives are available at the following locations:

DFS Galleria Waikiki: 8:00AM - 10:00PM (Sundays and Holidays: 8:30AM - 9:00PM)
Ala Moana Center (ocean side): 9:30AM - 9:30PM (Sundays and Holidays: 9:30AM - 4:30PM)
Hilton Hawaiian Village: 9:30AM - 4:30PM

7	Do you have any trolleys that are equipped with a wheelchair lift?

Yes, we have trolleys that are equipped with a wheelchair lift. At least one of these trolleys operate on all of our lines. However, since there is only one wheelchair lift-equipped trolley per line, these trolleys come by longer than any of the other trolleys.
