Depart from Cancun and we will arrive at the Chichen Itza around 12:00 pm and head directly to the buffet with fresh salads, soups, rice, meat, chicken, fish, vegetables and regional dishes. During lunch, enjoy a festive show in which regional people perform traditional dances to folklore music. After lunch we will be ready to visit the archaeological site.
Once inside, we will divide into two groups, English and Spanish speaking. You will be taken on a 1.5-hour tour with a certified guide who will introduce you to the secrets of the Mayans. Your guide will explain the historical significance of all the most important sites before leaving you to enjoy the ruins on your own.
On the way back, we will stop at one of the underwater grotto to admire its beauty and unique formation where you can swim in its pure, crystal clear waters.
We will depart at 4:30pm, arriving back in Cancun by around 7:30pm for return to your hotel. (Return Drop off Service Not Available for Courtyard by Marriott or Secrets Excellence Playa Mujeres Hotels)

Complimentary hotel pick-up service is available from the lobbies of all major Cancun hotels, please enter your hotel name and address in the 'Pickup Hotel Info' field.
Hotel pickups occur from 7:00 to 7:45am. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at 7:00am. Check-in will be performed at our terminal prior to departure at 8:15 am in a deluxe motor coach or van .
Sometimes restrooms are available on the bus during the three-hour trip to Chichen Itza, however we do a stop on our way at a Mayan Village with facilities.
