Our excursion begins by picking up all passengers between 7:00 to 7:45 am from the lobbies of all major Cancun hotels. Sometimes restrooms are available on the bus during the three-hour trip to Chichen Itza, however we will take a short 20 minute stop in a small Mayan Village with bathrooms as well as local handicraft and jewelry shops. Enjoy a box lunch served on the vehicle along with bottled water and soft drinks.

We will arrive at Chichen Itza around 12:00 pm and head directly to the buffet with fresh salads, soups, rice, meat, chicken, fish, vegetables and regional dishes. Includes two drinks: beer, soft drinks or bottled water. During lunch, enjoy a festive show in which regional natives perform traditional dances to folklore music. After lunch, we will be ready to visit the archaeological site, picking up a fresh large bottle of water to keep everyone hydrated during our visit.

Once inside, we will divide into two groups, English and Spanish speaking. You will be taken on a 1.5 hour tour with a certified guide who will introduce you to the secrets of the Mayans. Your guide will explain the historical significance of all the most important sites before leaving you to enjoy the ruins on your own.

On the way back, we will stop at one of the underwater grotto to admire its beauty and unique formation where you can swim in its pure, crystal clear waters.

We will depart at 4:30 pm, arriving back to the first hotel in Cancun at around 7:30 pm
