New Years Eve Gala Buffet Menu:

Hot and Cold Hors D'oeuvres:
Fresh seasonal selection from our chef ~ approximately 3 pieces per person.
Mediterranean Dips and Tasty Breads:
Freshly baked loaves and gourmet rolls, flatbread and crisps with Mediterranean dips and whipped butter.
Mixed Baby Greens Salad:
Mixture of fresh garden greens tossed with English cucumbers, tender Roma tomatoes,
Bermuda onions and fresh baked croutons served with our own vinaigrette dressing.
Caesar Salad:
Crisp hearts of Romaine, freshly grated parmesan cheese and homemade sourdough croutons tossed in our creamy garlic dressing.
Tuscany Bean Salad:
Colourful melody of Navy and black beans with barley and garden fresh peppers tossed in a sun-dried tomato pesto.
Fresh Herb Grilled Chicken:
Grain fed chicken breast marinated in fresh herbs and spices, grilled to perfection and baked with vine ripened tomatoes and fresh basil.
Carving of Prime Rib of Beef:
Carved AAA prime rib of beef served with Dijon, grain and regular mustards, relishes and condiments.
Shrimp and Scallops:
Fresh Shrimps & Scallops delicately sautéed in virgin olive oil & garlic, with a white wine, tomato sauce.
Roasted Mini Red Potatoes:
Yukon gold mashed potatoes finished with roasted garlic, extra virgin olive oil and fresh spring onions.
Seasoned Basmati Rice
Glazed Winter Root Vegetables:
The freshest selection of vegetables our Chefs can find are lightly steamed and tossed with fresh herbs and glazed with sweet butter.
Sweet Endings:
Our pastry chef's selection of traditional cakes, tortes, fresh baked pies, mini holiday pastries, squares
and home baked Christmas cookies with platters of seasonal fresh fruits.
Cheese and Biscuit Display
Freshly brewed regular & decaffeinated coffee orange pekoe & assorted herbal teas.

Board: 8:00pm at Pier 6, 207 Queen's Quay West at the foot of York St.
Cruise: 8:30pm - 2:00am

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

All sales are final and attract 100% cancellation penalty.

We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.

1	Is the vessel Coast Guard certified?

Yes. The vessel is Coast Guard certified and inspected annually to adhere to strict safety regulations. Our navigation and service staff participate in regular safety drills.

2	Is gratuity included in the ticket price?

A service charge is included in the ticket price and covers gratuity on the food portion of the ticket price. It does not include gratuity for beverages purchased on the ship or for any outstanding personal service provided by your server.

3	Is there parking close to the ship?

Yes. Harbourfront Centre Parking operated and managed by "Standard Parking" is just a short walk from our fleet. There are also outdoor parking lots on Queen's Quay. Parking rates there vary from $10 to $20 per day. Prices are subject to change.

4	Will my cell phone work on the cruise?

Yes, your cell phone will work on the cruise though there are black out areas in the lake. For the comfort of other guests, we ask that cell phone conversations be held only on the outside decks.

5	Can you tell me a little about the ship?

Our vessel is spaciously designed with climate-controlled interior decks, outdoor strolling decks at the bow and stern, and the largest outdoor patio deck in Toronto topside. It is Coast Guard approved for up to 600 passengers. Amenities include full service bars, two dance floors (or staging areas), spacious bathrooms, flexible seating arrangements and huge, panoramic windows.

6	What is your smoking policy?

All interior areas of our ship are non-smoking areas. Passengers who smoke may do so on the outdoor observation decks.
