Looking for a unique celebration to ring in the New Year? Join our cruise and enjoy a deluxe New Year's Eve dinner buffet and a glass of champagne for your midnight toast. Professional DJ and cash bar available onboard.

Public Dinner Menu:

Hot and Cold Hors D'oeuvres:
Chef's selection of hors d'oeuvres (approximately 2 pieces per person)
Mediterranean Dips and Tasty Breads:
Freshly baked loaves of bread, gourmet rolls, flatbreads and crisps accompanied by a selection of Mediterranean dips and whipped butter.
Mixed Baby Greens Salad:
Tossed garden greens with English cucumbers, ripe Roma tomatoes,
Bermuda onions and crisp croutons served with our house made vinaigrette dressing on the side
Whole Wheat Pasta Bean Salad:
Seven beans and crisp peppers tossed with whole wheat fusilli pasta and a light curry dressing.
Homemade Vegetable Lasagna:
Layers of vegetables, four rich cheeses and fresh pasta baked in our home made marinara sauce.
Carving of Roast Beef:
Hand-carved AAA roast beef au jus served with a selection of grain mustards & horseradish.
Fresh Herb Grilled Chicken:
Grain fed chicken breast marinated in fresh herbs and spices, grilled to perfection and baked with vine ripened tomatoes and fresh basil.
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes:
Yukon gold mashed potatoes whipped with roasted garlic, extra virgin olive oil and fresh spring onions.
Market Fresh Seasonal Vegetables:
Chef's selection of fresh vegetables lightly steamed and tossed with herbs and butter.
Sweet Endings:
Our Pastry Chef's selection of gourmet cakes, tortes, fresh baked pies, mini pastries, squares and home baked cookies with platters of seasonal fresh fruits and berries.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.

1	Is the vessel Coast Guard certified?

Yes. The vessel is Coast Guard certified and inspected annually to adhere to strict safety regulations. Our navigation and service staff participate in regular safety drills.

2	Is gratuity included in the ticket price?

A service charge is included in the ticket price and covers gratuity on the food portion of the ticket price. It does not include gratuity for beverages purchased on the ship or for any outstanding personal service provided by your server.

3	Is there parking close to the ship?

Yes. Harbourfront Centre Parking operated and managed by "Standard Parking" is just a short walk from our fleet. There are also outdoor parking lots on Queen's Quay. Parking rates there vary from $10 to $20 per day. Prices are subject to change.

4	Will my cell phone work on the cruise?

Yes, your cell phone will work on the cruise though there are black out areas in the lake. For the comfort of other guests, we ask that cell phone conversations be held only on the outside decks.

5	Can you tell me a little about the ship?

Our vessel is spaciously designed with climate-controlled interior decks, outdoor strolling decks at the bow and stern, and the largest outdoor patio deck in Toronto topside. It is Coast Guard approved for up to 600 passengers. Amenities include full service bars, two dance floors (or staging areas), spacious bathrooms, flexible seating arrangements and huge, panoramic windows.

6	What is your smoking policy?

All interior areas of our ship are non-smoking areas. Passengers who smoke may do so on the outdoor observation decks.
