DAY1 Arrival in Beijing (L/D)

Arrive in Beijing Capital International Airport from Hometown: Tour guide will meet you at the Baggage Claim Area and transfer to hotel. We will proceed to visit the Temple of Heaven if your flight arrives early. The Temple of Heaven is a masterpiece of architecture and landscape design which simply and graphically illustrates a cosmogony of great importance for the evolution of one of the world's great civilizations.

DAY2 Beijing (B/L/D)
Today we are going to have a full day sightseeing. We will visit the Chang Tomb, one of the Ming Tombs (Consisting of mausoleums of 13 Ming emperors, is one of the largest imperial necropolises in China), Sacred Road and Great Wall at Badaling which is the symbol of China and Climbing the Great Wall you can pass visitors from all over the world, and hear conversations in almost every language.

DAY3 Beijing (B/L/D)
Full day sightseeing to the Tiananmen Square and explore the Palace Museum (known as Forbidden City) in the morning. After lunch, visit the Imperial Summer Palace, the imperial palace for the Ming and Qing with a history of around 600 years. Enjoy a delicious Peking Duck Dinner at local restaurant in the evening.

DAY4 Beijing - Nanjing (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we will fly to Nanjing.

DAY5 Nanjing (B/L/D)
Today we will visit Dr. Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, Nanjing Museum, Zhonghua Gate and Confucian Temple. The Mausoleum of Dr.Sun Yat-sen is situated on the southern slope of the Zijinshan Mountain (Purple Gold Mountain) in the eastern suburb of of Nanjing. The remains of Dr. Sun, who was a pioneer of Chinese democratic revolution was buried here on June 1, 1929. The mausoleum, shaped like an alarm bell, is built at the foot of the mountain. A feeling of respect may be aroused when climbing by the steps. The Nanjing Museum offers you a lot of different culture scenes, including the sailing of Zheng He (the eunuch admiral of the Ming Dynasty who explored at least to Africa, perhaps further) and real-silk-making. It's a great place to spend either a hot or rainy day. Zhongshan Gate is the southern gate of Nanjing's city wall. This massive gate is one of the best preserved parts of Nanjing's city wall, and one of the best remaining examples of early Ming defensive architecture extant anywhere. Confucius Temple is once an imperial examination testing center for the entire Jiangsu region, this once-massive facility is now a museum comprising a tiny fraction of the original buildings. The rest is a massive labyrinthine market, a top tourist draw in Nanjing and a place where you can get all your haggling out of your system. Get your picture taken with the Confucious sculpture and grab some tea on one of the gondolas on the canal.

DAY6 Nanjing - Suzhou (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we will going to the train station and take train to Suzhou, then transfer to hotel.

DAY7 Suzhou - Shanghai (B/L/D)
Resting on the ancient Grand Canal, Suzhou is well-know for its old delicate gardens. Narrow canals threaded between white walled homes have earned Suzhou the name "Venice of the East". We are going to visit the exquisite Zhuozheng Garden (Humble Administrator's Garden), Tiger Hill and Silk waving factory. Zhuozheng Garden is one of the four most famous classic gardens in China (the others are: Summer Palace, Mountain Resort of Chengde and Garden for Lingering in Suzhou). It was built in 1522 during the Ming Dynasty. Water accounts for three-fifths of its total area. All the major buildings face the water. Centering on the pool, bridges and corridors harmoniously link up isles, rockeries, pavilions and towers. The garden shows a natural and flowing artistic style. Take train to Shanghai.

DAY8 Shanghai (B/L/D)
Today we are going to have a full day sightseeing. Shanghai is the largest city in Asia, nestled in the fertile Yangtze valley, a home to 14 million people. Our tour in Shanghai covers sightseeing resorts such as Jade Buddha Temple, which is famous for its tow big Jade Buddha, each of them was carved out from a single piece of jade. We will also sightseeing at the bund and shopping along Nanjing Road. We will have a farewell banquet at Sea Palace.

DAY9 Shanghai - Xi'an (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we will visit Yu Garden and the old town of Shanghai, then transfer to the airport and flight to Xi'an.

DAY10 Xi'an (B/L/D)
Today, our tour program will include an unforgettable visit to the astonishing underground ruins. Terracotta Warriors and Horses are the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century, the army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin's tomb. Then we will visit the Big wild Goose Pagoda. It is one of the city's most distinctive and outstanding landmarks, possibly the most beautiful building left in Xi'an today. In AD 652, the Big Goose Pagoda was built to store the sutras and the figurines of Buddha, which were brought from India by a famous Buddhist translator and traveler Tang Sanzang, also known by his Buddhist name as Xuanzang. You will enjoy Chinese lunch at local restaurant and banquet with show at Tang Dynasty Theater today.

DAY11 Xi'an - Guilin (B/L/D)
Today we will fly to Guilin and visit the Reed Flute Cave. The Reed Flute Cave is Known as "the Palace of Natural Arts" where you can see beautiful stalactites & stalagmites.

DAY12 Guilin - Hong Kong (B)
After breakfast, a relaxing Li River cruise is scheduled for today's sightseeing. We are going to take a down stream cruise of the beautiful Li River. Drifting through the rich landscape, misty hills, unique rock formation, and bamboo groves which will make you feel as if you have stepped into various landscape paintings. Lunch will be served on board. The cruise will end in the picturesque town of Yanshuo where we can walk along the small streets and have time to do some shopping for local handicrafts and souvenir. After western dinner, transfer to the airport and flight to Hong Kong (check out time for the hotel room is 12:00am).
