You will leave Montreal at 06:30am. It takes around 5 hours to get to Boston. You will have group lunch on the way. When you arrive in Boston, you will visit the Skywalk Observatory (US$12), the only observatory in New England, offering a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of the Greater Boston area and beyond. It is the ideal place to begin a tour of Boston. On a clear day, you can see up to 100 miles away. Then you will visit two famous universities: the Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After that you will visit the USS Constitution - the oldest commissioned warship in the world. Then you will go along the Freedom Trail and visit the Old South Meeting House, Old State House, Faneuil Hall, Old North Church and Paul Revere House before stopping at the Quincy Market where you can buy some souvenirs and eat delicious snacks. Around 8:00pm you will go to the hotel.

Boston - Rhode Island - Montreal

| You will leave hotel around 7:30am. After breakfast, you will go to the Rhode Island. Upon arrival, you will visit the most lavish house in America - the Marble House (US$10), which was built in 1892 and furnished at a reported cost of $11 million. The next stop is The Breakers (US$10) - the 70 rooms villa built by leading American architect Richard Morris Hunt for Cornelius Vanderbilt II and his wife, its interiors include rich marbles and gilded rooms. Afterwards, you will enjoy The Cliff Walk along the eastern shore of Newport, Rhode Island. It is world famous as a public access walk combining the natural beauty of the Newport shore line with the architectural history of Newport's gilded age. You will leave for Montreal around 2:00pm and arrive in Montreal around 9:30pm. |
