DAY1 Bay Area - Los Angeles

Visit the largest metropolitan area in California, Los Angeles. Highlights include the historical landmarks of Hollywood, downtown, as well as Hollywood Blvd, Chinese Theater, and the newly built Kodak Theatre, which is now the permanent home to the Oscars. Overnight stay in Los Angeles.

DAY2 Disneyland (Full Day)

From the mind of Walt Disney, enjoy a full day in Disneyland- a theme park suitable for all ages. At night you can see fireworks and other special treats. It's perfect for those who want to see everything in one visit. Overnight stay in Los Angeles.

DAY3 Universal Studios (Full Day)

Experience movie magic at its best. The studio theme park has attractions including Shrek and Jurassic Park, with various shows and performances throughout the day. Get an inside look at the sets and uncover the behind-the-scenes secrets of legendary films in the studio tour. Overnight stay in Los Angeles.

DAY4 Los Angeles - Santa Barbara -Solvang - Bay Area

In the morning, visit the Danish immigrant town of Solvang. The word Solvang in Danish can be translated as "sunny countryside", which in fact is true for almost the entire year. While in Solvang, enjoy the famous Danish pastries, cookies, and chocolates. After lunch, head back to the Bay Area.

Additional Note

Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
Infant Rate: A separate seat is required for infants and infant rate ($25/day) apply to those under 2 years old (*rate does not include any admission fees)
Universal Studios: The child admission tickets of Universal Studios Hollywood if purchased separately, will be based on the passenger's height as stipulated by the theme parks. (1) Guests 48 inches and taller will pay the general admission price. (2) Guests under 48 inches will pay child fare.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

Cancellations and Alteration fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Gotobus through web mail at Contact Us. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply within 2 business days, that means your request is not received successfully; thus, the tour status remains "confirmed". Please contact us immediately at 617.354.2101.

Cancellation penalties per person as follows; there is 6% handling fee of refund amount.

Cancellations received up to 7 days prior to departure will incur a penalty of $60 per person.
A handling fee of $25 per booking will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation.
Cancellations received within 4-6 days of departure will incur a penalty of $120 per person.
A handling fee of $55 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation.
Cancellations received within 3 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
We don't accept any alteration or revision made to a reservation.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
We cannot grant refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements (e.g. minimum number of passengers) or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Gotobus' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

1	May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?

The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 2 stars and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.

2	Where will we have meals in this tour?

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.

3	Where are the pick-up locations of tours?

Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.

4	Can I change my seats on the bus?

Seats are allotted on first book first served basis, we can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc. Also, the seats will be rotated daily by the tour guide on all itinerary over 2 days in duration.

5	How to select and pay the optional admission fee?

It should be paid upon arrival. Please bring cash for optional admission fees, meals, as well as tips to tour guide.

6	Is there any insurance for Children?

Children under 2 years old will be charged $25 per day for mandatory General Liability Insurance. It is also to guarantee a seat for the child. If the parents prefer to hold the child, it is considered as forfeiting the seat.

7	What does the Lodging pull-down menu mean?

This is where you select how many people will be in your room. Double occupancy for hotel room is only guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and price is higher. Family triple arrangements can be purchased with three tickets. Family quad arrangements can be purchased with four tickets.

8	Can I pay this tour by cash?

No. Gotobus is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

9	Can you send me a brochure for this tour?

You will find an electronic brochure for each tour on our website describing all activities and itineraries. Printed brochures are not available. If you do not find adequate information about a tour on our website, please contact our online help. Contact customer support

10	How to cancel this tour?

Please refer to the cancelation policy of the tour under Redemption and Policies tab. You need to send us an email at support@gotobus.com for the cancelation. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply, that means your request is not processed. Please contact us immediately.

LA tour was awesome and amazing. I went single but I did not felt lonely. In our tour only few Indians and more Chinese people .Hotel arrangement is very good and nice. If we follow the tour guide, we should not worry about anything. Our first day had a lot of time in the bus because of adjustment and replacement of other people in other buses otherwise everything went fine because of this we went late to Hollywood first day at 4.30PM because of this not able to take good photos and not able to take more places because of darkness. We have to take enough food for 4 days. We need to arrange rain coat or umbrella and jacket in advance in case of cold and raining and if possible we have to carry water bottles otherwise buying in disney land and universal studio may cost more. Going with goto bus, we should not worry about anything just we have follow instructions. Thanks a lot for arrangement gotobus including tour guide, bus driver and all members. I will refer people to go for this tour and I will recommend all my friends for this tour.

We had really enjoyed the 4 day tour to LA and theme parks. Guide was excellent and managed our time in very effective way. We enjoyed all the rides and shows in Universal Studios. The Christmas parade in Disneyland was awesome. Solvang and Santa Barbara are scenic. Hotel Quality Inn was good. Selection for spots for lunch/dinner were good. Entire experience was very good. I will strongly recommend this trip for friends.

I would say, my best tour so far. I really liked the guide, she was so helpful and very organized. Before stopping for lunch etc she always asked for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian people and selected the spots according to that. For sure i will be taking the tours in future.

The trip was well organized and everything was taken care in a perfect manner. The nice part was about the extent of the details. Both at universal studios and disney land, the guide made sure that we start from particular area so that we are not standing in line forever. Once we followed his instructions everything else was just smooth. Needless to say that the experience from gotobus.com was great as always. This was the second trip which we did with gotobus.com and I could not wait long to start our third trip with them as well. We would highly recommend gotobus and their tours.

It was a wonderful tour. The tour guys were very helpful. The hotel was awesome and all the arrangements were perfect. Just travel by Gotobus and do not worry about other stuff.

The tour was awesome, and guide is excellent in organizing and helping. Only problem we had - we booked for 3 people, but the in the hotel they allocated only 2 beds. We asked extra bed - but they charged us (reducing 1 star just for this).

Our tour to LA, Disneyland, Universal studio, Santa Barbara and Solvang village was amazing. We enjoyed every bit of it. Tour guide was very informative. Hotel stay was great. More time should be given at Santa Barbara, Solvang village and Hollywood bldv.
