Today you will head towards the city in Mojave Desert, California - Barstow. Stop by a great outlet mall and enjoy shopping with factory discount price. Overnight stay in Barstow.

DAY2 Barstow - Death Valley - Las Vegas:

The name Death Valley itself would be enough to convey a picture of a barren wasteland. In reality, Death Valley is perhaps one of the most beautiful Valleys in the world. Looking out from Zabriskie Point, you are surrounded by yet another of Death Valley's forbidding, almost unearthly, desert landscapes. These are badlands. Beneath the dark shadows of the Black Mountains, a great, extraordinarily flat expanse of shimmering white spreads out before you. You are at Bad Water, at -282 feet it is the lowest spot in the Western Hemisphere. Step onto the trail and you'll see that the white expanse is made up of billions of crystals of almost pure table salt! After leaving the park, head towards the largest casino city in the world - Las Vegas. Once arriving there, you will have a choice of joining an optional tour (approx. $25/person), which would show you the best resorts and hotels that Las Vegas has to offer, or you can have the freedom of exploring the city on your own. Accommodations will be at the Excalibur Hotel & Casino, named for the mythical sword of King Arthur. Immerse yourself in the castle themed resort right in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. Choose from one of the many eateries on the property, including the Roundtable Buffet, or head down the Strip and stop by one of the other world famous hotels. Overnight stay in Las Vegas.

Canyon National Park is a designated World Heritage Site and is unmatched in the incomparable vistas that it offers to visitors on the rim. Las Vegas - Hoover Dam - Grand Canyon West Rim - Las Vegas

Tour the West Grand Canyon ((Admission not include). Admire one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Enjoy the Indian BBQ lunch. In the canyon rim; you will have an option to join the walk to the home of the 8th Wonder of the World - The Skywalk Glass Bridge (Optional: $32/person).You may also elect to take a helicopter flight into the Grand Canyon & cruise along the Colorado River aboard a pontoon boat (Optional:$169/person).. DAY5 Disneyland (Full Day):

DAY6 Universal Studios (Full Day):

Experience movie magic at its best. The studio theme park has attractions including Shrek and Jurassic Park, with various shows and performances throughout the day. Get an inside look at the sets and uncover the behind-the-scenes secrets of legendary films in the studio tour. Overnight stay in Los Angeles.

DAY7 Los Angeles - Solvang - Bay Area:

In the morning, visit the Danish immigrant town of Solvang. The word Solvang in Danish can be translated as "sunny countryside", which in fact is true for almost the entire year. While in Solvang, enjoy the famous Danish pastries, cookies, and chocolates. After lunch, head back to the Bay Area.

Personal Expenses such as phone calls, room service, alcoholic and bar beverages, laundry, airline excess luggage charges, visa fees, optional admission/excursion fees are not included and may be significant. Service Fees for tour guide/bus driver (min. $6.00/day per person).

Additional Note

Tour Languages: Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours languages (English, Mandarin and Cantonese) may be combined to operate the tours.
Child Rate: Child rates apply to ages 2-7 (under 4-ft tall) using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers. Each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum 4 guests (adults and children).
Infant Rate: A separate seat is required for infants and infant rate ($25/day) apply to those under 2 years old (*rate does not include any admission fees)
Universal Studios: The child admission tickets of Universal Studios Hollywood if purchased separately, will be based on the passenger's height as stipulated by the theme parks. (1) Guests 48 inches and taller will pay the general admission price. (2) Guests under 48 inches will pay child fare.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

Cancellations and Alteration fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Gotobus through web mail at Contact Us. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply within 2 business days, that means your request is not received successfully; thus, the tour status remains "confirmed". Please contact us immediately at 617.354.2101.

Cancellation penalties per person as follows; there is 6% handling fee of refund amount.

Cancellations received up to 7 days prior to departure will incur a penalty of $60 per person.
A handling fee of $25 per booking will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation.
Cancellations received within 4-6 days of departure will incur a penalty of $120 per person.
A handling fee of $55 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation.
Cancellations received within 3 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
We don't accept any alteration or revision made to a reservation.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
We cannot grant refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements (e.g. minimum number of passengers) or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Gotobus' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

1	May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?

The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 2 stars and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.

2	Where will we have meals in this tour?

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.

3	Where are the pick-up locations of tours?

Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.

4	Can I change my seats on the bus?

Seats are allotted on first book first served basis, we can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc. Also, the seats will be rotated daily by the tour guide on all itinerary over 2 days in duration.

5	How to select and pay the optional admission fee?

It should be paid upon arrival. Please bring cash for optional admission fees, meals, as well as tips to tour guide.

6	Is there any insurance for Children?

Children under 2 years old will be charged $25 per day for mandatory General Liability Insurance. It is also to guarantee a seat for the child. If the parents prefer to hold the child, it is considered as forfeiting the seat.

7	What does the Lodging pull-down menu mean?

This is where you select how many people will be in your room. Double occupancy for hotel room is only guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and price is higher. Family triple arrangements can be purchased with three tickets. Family quad arrangements can be purchased with four tickets.

8	Can I pay this tour by cash?

No. Gotobus is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

9	Can you send me a brochure for this tour?

You will find an electronic brochure for each tour on our website describing all activities and itineraries. Printed brochures are not available. If you do not find adequate information about a tour on our website, please contact our online help. Contact customer support

10	How to cancel this tour?

Please refer to the cancelation policy of the tour under Redemption and Policies tab. You need to send us an email at support@gotobus.com for the cancelation. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply, that means your request is not processed. Please contact us immediately.

This tour takes three buses. The first crew had perfect balance, Chinese and not Chinese participants were satisfied. Second crew driver was not focused, the tour guide always says 10 min to go to and he remains on his cellphone without starting the bus. Also, he leave us 1 hr and 30 min waiting for him after the universal studio day tour and he did not speak English clearly. The third crew was awful, the driver does not help with the luggage and the woman tour guide was not polite at all. None of them has a bathroom stop on their schedule. She was concentrated on her cellphone GPS giving directions to the driver. I asked when we will be arriving to Union Square and she says that she already told my friend with a bad attitude. The selected route was perfect.
