Walking in the skyscraper forest and crossing over the lush bridges, you may wonder how the local Shanghai people's daily life would be. Now you have the chance to be one day Shanghailander! With this one day tour of local community, you will see people's morning sports exercise and visit the elder people's club. You can also try the acupuncture and Chinese Qi gong, go around the local market, learn Chinese paintings from the elder people, and have fun with children in kindergarten!

In the morning, your guide will take you to the local community. Firstly you may watch the local people doing morning exercise including practice Taiji (shadow boxing), dancing and singing. If you like, you are welcome to join them! After morning exercise, you will take a basket and follow a housewife to buy some vegetables in a local market for the preparation of lunch. You are able to see the children in kindergarten and play with them! Then you will visit an elder people’s club, and see how they spend their retired life.
